Mass indoctrination day 4held on zoom 01/12/2022

I learnt that prayer is very important in our lives and prayer is making a request from GOD. We were also told to always ask for what we need at the particular time we need it.
We should also make our requests with thanksgivings . I learnt that the doctrine of CHRIST is all about having faith in GOD because if we pray to GOD and we believe that our prayers are heard by GOD,we receive from GOD.
I learnt that prayer is not about telling of stories because as children of GOD before we pray GOD already knows what we are to ask or to say.
Prayer should be short,straight to the point and conscise .
I learnt that we should not use vain repetition when praying.
I learnt that in all we do wether eating or whatsoever,we should give thanks to GOD .
I also leant that nothing is to be refused if it’s given with thanks in other words every thing GOD created for food should not be rejected.
We make our prayers simple and not jampack with words,and we should know that GOD is not slow to answer .
We should make our prayers as brief as possible. And we should make sure that we pray all day at all times and for the rest of our lives.
GOD doesn’t answer the prayers of the unrighteous and one who prays to GOD must do so with a pure heart.
We have been admonished and advised by bro Eli to flee from things that are ungodly because the face of the LORD is against and far from the unrighteous.
We were told that if the one praying has evil hearts and has not given up his evil ways,such persons praying is only wasting his time.
We were also made to know that the prayers of the righteous is like a sweet smelling flavor and GOD is delighted to hear such prayers but the prayers of the unrighteous is like an abomination unto GOD.
For our prayers to be continuously get answered,our hearts must be pure at all times.
The bible admonished husbands to give honor or respect their wives so that their prayers will be answered .
Our GOD doesn’t listen to sinners,if a sinner is praying,he is only wasting his time but if one is righteous in the sight of GOD,his prayers get answered at all times.
Baptism is one way to have our sins forgiven as a first step of reconciliation back to GOD.
I learnt that GOD gave a condition for our prayers to be answered and such conditions are not hard to do.
The condition given by GOD is for us to repent of our sins and the we are good to go.

I also learnt that if our hearts are filled with bitterness,malice,grudges,envy and we pray..we wont get responses from GOD..
I also learnt that it is only the word of GOD that can cleans our hearts..the words of GOD is just like soap which cleans or purifies.
