What I/you resist persists!

I want to think the darkness for the lessons it has taught me as I move forward, I release the darkness from my aura, I release the darkness from my inter being, I release the darkness for I have learned my lessons.

I have seen the difference between the darkness and the light and I choose to migrate, to navigate, to vibrate at the higher frequency of love.

I choose love over darkness.

I release you darkness, into your universe, into your existence.

I want to thank you for the lessons you have taught me.

I release you with love and send you out and away from my Aura, from my inner self.

I release you.

I forgive you.

I love you.

I give you hugs and kisses.

I send you forward intothe universe to allow yourself to find love and to release yourself from your inner prism/prison.

Go now in peace and in love and I want to thank you once again as I send you away with all my love.

As we move forward into a new higher vibration of love I accept love into our lives.

I accept and expect love into this new paradigm we are creating on this planet.

We are moving into the higher frequency of love.
