[Vegetarian meal] Fruit flour, tofu gangjeong, braised radish, sweet potato, vegetable bibimbap
Family birthdays are concentrated in winter, so we are spending the end of the year and the New Year with lots of dinners and gatherings. But at home, I tried to eat mostly fruits, whole grains and vegetables. It's more important to create an environment where you can last a long time without stress than to maintain a perfect diet. Trying and failing, blaming yourself, trying and failing again and realising :)
Breakfast starts with fruit. In the winter, when I don't feel like eating fruit, I keep my stomach empty until 12:00 and then eat. There are tangerines, daebongs, apples, strawberries, and bananas, so I eat one or two fruits that I take out.
To make gangjeong tofu, grill the tofu until golden brown on the front and back. After putting the tofu on a plate, put ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and raw sugar (sugar) in a pan. (If you like your onions cooked, cook the onions ahead of time before you boil the sauce.)
When the sauce permeates all the ingredients, the rice thief is complete with sour, sweet and salty. It tastes even better if you grind sesame seeds and sprinkle them a lot.
Radishes are delicious in winter. I often eat raw radishes, but not long ago, my mom made radish kimchi and radish kimchi, so I boiled radish instead of raw vegetables. It would be more delicious if it were made with vegetables, but since my goal was to cook with a minimum of work, I added a piece of seaweed and made it under plain water.
Hot stewed radish is good, but I personally prefer fresh radish stewed in the fridge.
The truth is that I buy apples every year through my blog. Again this year, whenever an apple sale article is posted on the blog, I diligently order it and eat it. It is so sweet that even children eat it and love it.
Mortar crops are eaten as often as fruits and whole grains. sweet potato. The pumpkin sweet potato was well received so I ordered it.
As soon as it arrives, I take it out, dry it, and then let it mature.
Like the potato wedges, if you fry the sweet potatoes with a little oil and salt and bake them, you'll get your hands on them.
Super Plain Vegetable Bibimbap
Ingredients: A bowl of brown rice, shredded vegetables, salt, soy sauce, oil (sesame oil, sesame seeds)

Sprinkle a small amount of salt on various vegetables in a small amount of oil and stir-fry them. Grind sesame seeds on top, add half a spoonful of red pepper paste, and drizzle with sesame oil according to your taste. An ultra-simple vegetable bibimbap is complete. It's faster than ramen haha
If you cut up vegetables and store them, you can use them everywhere. Peel the onion, shred the carrots..... I'm the type of person who makes ramen water first because it's annoying just thinking about it, so I need to prepare like this.
Spread jam on wholemeal bread, top it with bananas, or put a little bit of maple syrup on it, and your child's snack is ready. To reduce the number of commercial sweets, you need to make sweet snacks.
