30 crypto mining farms just got permits from the government

While other country’s government are working hard to crackdown crypto operations, the Iranian government is making sure to soften its stance on crypto currency mining. Although there was an energy concern previously because the country was struggling with power outage. They believed that this outage was due to the high energy consumption from mining. This led to the authorities seizing about 7,000 cryptocurrency mining computers in a mining firm.

Iran’s ministry of industry and trade has approved operations for 30 cryptocurrency mining firms in the country.
