An amazing low mana cost card to defend you in your fire deck battles.

Today I will talk about the Cerberus card that belongs to the fire deck and is an excellent low cost card to defend the first position, so if you are interested in it read until the end and I will explain how it works and also show it in battle.

Cerberus is a melee card with 4 mana cost from the fire deck that belongs to the alpha/beta edition and its function will not only be to defend but also to deal damage because its attack is not low at all, besides it has a great speed which is quite useful in battle and also a good amount of health which is quite useful for defending.

It has the ability Heal which makes it heal for 1/3 of its maximum health so it's an ability that makes it much stronger on defense as it will heal a lot during its turn.

It also has the ability to retaliate which gives it a chance to hit back when a melee card attacks it so in addition to doing a lot of damage on its turn with its attack it still has a high chance to do even more damage with this ability and the amount of times it can attack depends on the amount of melee cards the enemy team has and also on its luck, but it is very common for this ability to be activated so it is quite useful in battle.

I consider Cerberus an incredible card to fight in battles with low mana because its usefulness is very high, in addition to that in some battles it can win practically alone and that's why it's an excellent choice for this deck.

BATTLE

Drake of Arnak was my choice as a summoner because it grants +1 shield to all allied cards and this is quite useful against melee and ranged cards so it is a good choice to increase your defenses.

Cerberus was chosen to defend the first position and there is no doubt that it will be a great card to defend it.

Radiated Brute was chosen in second position as it has the ability Reach and also has a lot of attack and a good amount of health, so it will be very useful in it.

The Naga Fire Wizard is a magic attack card that has excellent defenses against melee and ranged cards thanks to its shield ability and also deals damage with its Thorns ability whenever a melee card attacks it, making it a great choice for battles.

Tenyii Striker is a melee card that has a lot of attack and the ability Sneak that makes it attack the card in the last position which is very useful to defeat the enemy's back lines and also the ability Dodge that increases its chances of dodging melee and ranged attacks.

Kobold Miner is a low mana cost melee card with the ability Sneak so it will help Tenyii Striker and is a great choice for low mana battles.

Fire Beetle is a ranged card that has the snipe ability that makes it attack cards with magic or ranged attacks first, so it will be another great help to defeat the enemy's back cards.

In this battle there is the Equaliser rule that makes all cards have the same amount of health at the start and battle and this will be very useful for Cerberus because then he will have more health and heal more with the ability Heal, besides my opponent chose to use a lot of spell cards so Cerberus' utility has been reduced as the ability Retaliate won't be used, but it will still do a lot of damage and defend a lot by healing.

His Venari Wavesmith's shield is a problem but my cards have a lot of attack and a lot of health thanks to his first position card that has 14 health so I have more damage which gives me a good advantage in battle and he also has a card which helps to heal his first position card which is a good choice but this way he sacrifices a card that could be doing damage instead which gives me even more advantage and my Cerberus heals without the help of any other cards.

It was a tense battle and my Cerberus defended a lot but ended up being defeated, but his defeat was not in vain and the victory of this battle was mine.

Cerberus is the type of card that adapts to almost any type of battle and for having a low mana cost it is excellent to have in your deck because you will always have the opportunity to use it, so if you are looking for a good card to defend in the first position and with low cost, Cerberus is that card.
