Good evening dear friends, I hope you had a wonderful weekend.... Today, I will share with you the exquisite lunch I prepared to celebrate Mother's Day. I will explain to you how to make a delicious "baked chicken with mustard and mixed vegetables"... Let's put on the apron!

Buenas noches queridos amigos, espero que hayan pasado un maravilloso fin de semana... Hoy, compartiré con ustedes el exquisito almuerzo que preparé para celebrar el Día de las Madres. Les explicaré como realizar un delicioso "pollo al horno con mostaza y vegetales mixtos"... Pongámonos el delantal!

  • The secret to enjoy a VERY tasty and hearty dish is to marinate the chicken for 3 hours. To make this recipe I used: thighs, wings and breasts. We start by adding: soy sauce, seasoned salt, dried oregano, garlic and our star ingredient: mustard.
  • El secreto para disfrutar de un platillo MUY sabroso y sustancioso, es dejar macerando el pollo durante 3 horas. Para realizar ésta receta utilicé: muslos, alitas y pechugas. Empezaremos agregando: salsa de soja, sal condimentada, orégano seco, ajo y nuestro ingrediente estrella: la mostaza.

  • We incorporate our chicken pieces into a refractory container, place: onion, carrot and bell pepper (red and green).
  • Incorporamos nuestras piezas de pollo a un envase refractario, colocamos: cebolla, zanahoria y pimiento (rojo y verde).

  • I love to enjoy the exquisite contrast that the zucchini provides, I suggest cutting it into "thick" slices and leaving the skin on. Add cumin, dried oregano and a touch of seasoned salt on top of each wheel.
  • Me encanta disfrutar del exquisito contraste que aporta el calabacín, les sugiero cortar en ruedas "gruesas" y dejar la piel. Integramos encima de cada rueda comino, orégano seco y un toque de sal condimentada.

  • Add a touch of olive oil along with 1/2 cup of water, you should check from time to time, in case it is necessary to add more water. Bake at 180º for 1 hour or until it is ready, everything will depend on the power of the oven.
  • Añadimos un toque de aceite de oliva, junto con 1/2 taza de agua, deberán revisar de vez en cuando, en caso de que sea necesario colocar más agua. Horneamos a 180º durante 1 hora o hasta comprobar que está listo, todo dependerá de la potencia del horno.
