(ENG-ESP) I show you how to prepare an exquisite fried rice with mortadella and chicken
Good evening friends, welcome back to my blog.... VERY happy to be able to share with you an exquisite recipe. I will explain "step by step" how to prepare a delicious "fried rice with vegetables, chicken and mortadella". I am sure you will love it and it will become one of your favorite dishes.... Let's get started!
Buenas noches amigos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... MUY feliz de poder compartir con ustedes una exquisita receta. Les explicaré "paso a paso" como preparar un delicioso "arroz frito con mortadela, pollo y vegetales". Estoy segura que les encantará y se convertirá en uno de sus platillos predilectos... Empecemos!
- Start by frying 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic (crushed) and 1 red bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Empezaremos sofriendo 1 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo (triturados) y 1 pimiento rojo. Salpimentamos.
- To prepare this recipe I used 1 chicken breast (boneless). Cut into "thick" strips. Add the chicken to our ingredients, season with: curry, cumin and seasoned salt.
- Para preparar ésta receta utilicé 1 pechuga de pollo (sin huesos). Corte en tiras "gruesas". Agregamos le pollo a nuestros ingredientes, sazonamos con: curry, comino y sal condimentada.
- After 20 minutes of cooking, this is how our chicken strips turned out, VERY tasty and juicy!
- Transcurridos 20 minutos de cocción así quedaron nuestras tiras de pollo, MUY sabrosas y jugosas!
- Incorporate the tomato and zucchini (cut into "small" cubes).
- Incorporamos el tomate y el calabacín (cortamos en cubos "pequeños").
- In this step: we proceed to fry our rice, stirring constantly. Sauté for approximately 3 minutes.
- En éste paso: procedemos a sofreír nuestro arroz, removemos de forma constante. Salteamos aproximadamente durante 3 minutos.
- To prepare 1 cup of rice, add 3 cups of chicken broth. Add the mortadella, this time I proceeded to grate it on the "thick" side.
- Para preparar 1 taza de arroz, colocamos 3 tazas de caldo de pollo. Agregamos la mortadela, en ésta ocasión procedí a rallar por el lado "grueso".
- I LOVE the exquisite contrast provided by the "coriander" leaves. Cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 25-30 minutes or until done. When there are only a few minutes left, decorate with "bell pepper" strips.
- AMO el exquisito contraste que aportan las hojas de "cilantro". Tapamos y cocinamos a fuego "medio" aproximadamente durante 25-30 minutos o hasta comprobar que está listo. Cuando falten pocos minutos, decoramos con tiras de "pimiento".
