Mushroom, chicken, and rice. You should try it today before tomorrow

Today's dish is a very tasty dish, simple but not the easiest. The name of this dish differs from one place to another, as well as the way it is prepared. Today I am going to share with you the steps I followed to prepare it. Try it and tell me how you find it.

We will need to prepare this dish :

  • Two carrots or more as desired
  • Two green peppers
  • some mushrooms
  • 3 tomatoes
  • chicken
  • 3 cups of rice
  • different spices, curry flavor, salt, and chicken flavor

We will start by boiling the chicken. We will put our chicken in about 7 cups of water and let it boil until it is well cooked.

Meanwhile, we cut the vegetables we have in the way and size we want, preferably in the form of small pieces, in order to ripen.

We will prepare the rice after this, we will put the three cups in warm water and leave it. It is preferable that the rice be of the long type, so that it has a better shape in the end.

After the chicken is cooked, we will take it out of the boiling water, wait for it to cool down, and cut it into smaller pieces. We should not add the water in which we boiled the chicken, because we will need it next.

In a saucepan, we're going to add the vegetables that we've cut, the mushrooms, and the olive oil and we're going to stir a little.

Then add the tomatoes, then the boiled chicken. Leave it for a few minutes and then add the rice.
Then we start adding the spices that we have, the curry gives it a wonderful flavor, as well as the chicken spices, which are the basis.

After this, add two cups of chicken boil water for each cup of rice. We used 3 cups of rice, we will need 6 cups of water in which we boiled the chicken.

We cover it and leave it on the fire, until the water dries completely and the rice is cooked.

Meanwhile, I cracked a few walnuts, cut them into pieces and put them in a small frying pan to roast them a little and decorate the dish after pouring it.
