1 open position available for LBI content team

Hello LBIer's. It's that time again to try and grow our content team. We recently added @l337m45732 and he has been pumping out great content and wrote an excellent very detailed series about NFTs. We are needing to add 1 more content team member to LBI, having 4 writers would be ideal for us and give us alot of content coming from different POVs and about different subjects.

To everyone reading, there is an excellent opportunity for a fellow LBI token holder to get more involved with LBI by securing the last spot on the LBI content team. Can you write posts about crypto? (proper posts, not rewriting a news article you've seen on your crypto news app), are you good at pulling up stats and producing informational content? Are you any good at making videos?, could you produce an LBI/LEO themed weekly newsletter? There are 1000 things to write about. There are no guidelines, pretty much anyone is welcome if they can prove to be a decent content producer. The proof will be your past posts, your posting consistency and of course the quality of your work.

LBI is one of the top-earning accounts on LeoFinance and our content is seen by lots of people. If you think you have something to share, think you can add value and of course, add to your own reputation, this is your chance to put your hand up and make your voice heard.

There are LBI token incentives as well for content team members. Content is our biggest income on LBI when we add LEO and HIVE rewards together. I understand that people need to be motivated to keep pushing and i think the rewards are justified. The content team rewards are performance-driven meaning rewards are issued only when the price of the LBI token increases past certain targets. We have already issued rewards for 1.20 and 1.50 LEO valued LBI and the next rewards will be issued when the LBI token is valued at 2 LEO per token. Currently, LBI is sitting on 1.99 LEO so almost to the next target. Oh, and rewards increase as well, the 2 LEO per LBI reward will be the same as 1.20 & 1.50 combined. Having a quick look, the rewards issued will be 2082 LBI to each content team member. Because we are at 1.99, I dont think it would be fair to issue full rewards but an agreement can be made to, im sure.

Available days - Sunday and Monday

2 days = full reward, same as the other 3 content team members
1 day = half reward, 50% of full reward

The importance of a good content team

I think we would all agree that putting out well written and researched content is important and helps to build our reputation. We currently have 3 content team members all specializing in their own content.

We all write different content, all have different styles of writing and LBI has a nice mix of content. There are still lots of different types of content we could add so if you think you can fill the space, hit me up and join the team.

Let's get 1 more team member and get some decent content going out on Sundays and Mondays. Currently, I am filling these days and I'll be honest and say I rush through them as Friday-Monday is the busy half of the week for me as I have 4 projects needing reports put out and dividends paid. I think that almost anyone with the will to do this can do a better job than im currently doing with little effort. You can pick either 1 or 2 days, up to you and we're not too picky. Consistency is the most important thing, I do ask if you commit, please follow through. If you can free up 60-90 minutes a week to help your investment in LBI grow, please content me in the comments below are on discord.
