Sunday again

A new week, a new blog. And I have to say, it's disappointing to get back into the writing flow. I have been mostly absent myself. Call it a deserted vacation, call it the fall blues, whatever… I don't even know what to call it myself. But the fact is, I've kept myself busy with everything except blogging!
I think this has all to do with the creative flow I got into. That makes blogging about ways to earn crypto again a difficult task. But hey… none of that matters. What is important is the following.
Last week we already looked at a number of ways you can earn crypto. And so I'm reading the comments today, some of you have suggested other ways, as I expected. And yes, of course, writing … and earning post rewards belongs in this list. But since I often use the attitude, “Save the best for last” we will first look at some other ways.

Crypto Mining

This is seriously not for everyone. You may wonder if this is feasible for you. For many of us, that will not be the case. And certainly not anymore. Although it also depends on which crypto you would like to mine. In any case, mining crypto belongs in this list, after all you certainly earn crypto with it. Only how much, that depends entirely on how many people compete with you, and the equipment, so the investment you can make in advance. Mining, for those just getting in, is validating transactions on the blockchain and then adding them through blocks to the blockchain. As I mentioned, this is a nice investment.

It is necessary that you have a decent machine that contains the right equipment to be able to handle the mining. When Bitcoin just started, you could still participate in mining with a laptop. But today that is a different story. You really can't manage with a simple laptop or computer. In addition, there are also the energy costs, which will be high because it takes a lot of energy to run such heavy machines.
However, if you can and want to make that investment, it is possible to achieve a positive return from mining.

At the moment, I have to say, there are fewer and fewer people who start crypto mining. The competition is enormous. This makes it difficult to come out as the winner. Especially with blockchains like Bitcoin, where nodes work together in a large pool. They pool their computing powers to provide the most computing power. So it is virtually impossible to beat such big players.

If you decide to participate in such a mining pool, you should not count on high rewards. In that case, the reward is divided among all participants, often leaving almost nothing. A better way could be staking or yield farming.

Surveys

Yes, it looks like an old way. And of course it is. But it is a fairly easy way to get money. Since the dawn of the internet, it has been possible to earn money by completing surveys. These surveys are issued by companies that want to research their own company or products they publish. In exchange for the answers you give, they pay you money. Before you clap your hands real hard. The amounts that are paid are not high, and you have to put in a lot of time if you want to see a positive balance. So the question is whether this is worth your time.

It is now also possible to fill out surveys for crypto companies. There are several companies or exchanges that have a program for this. As a reward, in most cases, they will pay you in the form of crypto coins. The more surveys you complete, the more often and the more you will earn in the form of crypto coins. So you will have to work for your crypto coins. But it's for sure not a way to get rich fast.

Faucet

Sometimes you can earn certain coins or lives within games by, for example, watching a video or advertisements. When you do this, the company will reward you by giving you certain upgrades within the game. This way is also used within the crypto world, where you can earn crypto coins by performing and completing certain tasks.

A crypto faucet is often an app in which you will have to perform certain tasks. These can be different tasks:

  • View Ads
  • Complete and send surveys
  • Open links
  • Watch videos (often these are advertising videos)
  • Play quiz
  • Many more tasks

Every task you perform will earn you some crypto. But here too you have to be aware that the rewards are very low. So you will not earn hundreds of dollars per task you complete. It can therefore It will take a long time before you actually benefit from the amount you have earned by performing these tasks.

In most cases, you cannot even withdraw the earned crypto directly. You must first reach a certain minimum before the app allows the crypto coins to be sent to a wallet. So once you've started, you'll have to finish it. If you don't, you've wasted your time, and you might as well not have earned it.

It's an incredibly easy way to make some money, even though very few people do this. And that has everything to do with the fact that it is an extremely time-consuming job. Only start so if you have nothing else to do all day.

Staking

Ah, staking your crypto! It reminds you of the time when you actually received interest on the savings you kept at the bank? Do you remember? Nowadays, you can no longer imagine that interest rates were once so high that people could live on this (when they had a lot of money in the bank account). We have progressed so much, that it has now come to the point that instead of receiving money from the bank, you have to pay money to the bank to keep your hard-earned savings there.

How different is that within the crypto world! Here is an opportunity to earn interest on the crypto coins you have in custody. Staking! With staking, you move your crypto coins to a kind of safe. You will then receive a reward for this, for which you actually don't have to do anything else than just HODL, sit back and see your coins grow. (APY and APR)

Blogging

And as I said, “save the best for last”. Yes of course you can blog for your crypto on social blogging platforms like Hive and all 2nd layers of Hive. And yes, many people have already seen, and more importantly, experienced for themselves that this works. I must admit that I am not familiar with noise.cash myself. Although I have already resolved at least 154x to go and watch, I have not yet got around to it. That it works is simply a proven fact. Although it is true that you will have to do some work before you earn the crypto. It's not a thing of ... "Cast a blog and make thousands of dollars".

Conclusion

There are plenty of ways to get crypto coins in addition to crypto trading. But just like when you talk about fiat, you will also have to do something for crypto! For example, in some cases you have to put in money to earn more money with it, and in other cases you have to put in time to eventually end up with crypto coins. However, the above methods are different ways to earn crypto coins. And some of these ways are even such that you can start earning just by investing time. Which makes it clear once again… “Time is money”.

When you are looking for a way to earn crypto, you have to ask yourself whether the method you are going to start with will also be profitable. For example, consider… mining Bitcoin with a laptop. That is not profitable. Your laptop will be overloaded, your electricity bill will skyrocket, and the Bitcoin you will have earned will be so minimal that you have lost a lot on it.

Most methods require a lot of your time. The methods with which you can earn quite a lot of money require a lot of patience and commitment before you see results.

You don't want to start something and then realize halfway through that you shouldn't have done it anyway. Therefore, research the above methods, and then determine for yourself what you feel most comfortable with. It then becomes much easier to keep it up for the long term. This will also increase the chances of success. And that is ultimately what will ensure that you will also earn a lot of crypto.

So many ways to earn crypto and so little time. :-) Personally, I find one of the BEST ways to earn is to own LBI. Dividends every week and the LBI token continues to grow. "Get Rich Slowly...Fast!" :-) LBI is up over 60% over the last 9+ months and that doesn't even count the dividends. It's a beautiful thing!

I think those are great ways but I don't know if Faucets are worth it. I know it's free crypto and it could be worth more in the future but I am not sure about whether or not its worth the effort. However if you don't have money, you have no choice but to spend time instead.

Just noise.cash alone would bring you 100 times more income than faucets. Now, I'm not sure for how long this will be viable though. As long as Marc De Mesel funds it, it will, but what we have today tomorrow it could be gone.

Surveys are all scam and not going to pay anything unless you are the one offering the service and cheat all those poor souls thinking they will ever receive a payment of a few dollars.

Mining requires a business plan since you can't mine with your pc anything. You will need hundreds of GPUs and perhaps need to move to ASICs. Anyway I don't think this is an approach that should be recommended for those trying to find online jobs to earn a few dollars.

My sole advice, try to find an opportunity in DeFi.Check SmartBCH. Start small and do it with new platforms. They may be scams but not all will be so you have to diversify.

Earn today may be easy but you will earn 100 times more than noise.cash and any blogs if you invest.

There are several ways to earn crypto, the mining wasn't for me, the cost of maintaining a mining machine can be very high. But the rest seem pretty easy, maybe for now.
Do you have idea of a platform that reward with crypto for watching videos? I have enough data to spare for some crypto

When it comes to earning crypto without spending a penny Hive gives the best bang for your time. I have searched for alternatives but I haven't found anything that comes close
