Crunchy Fried Bananas With Cheese and Choco
Dear all foodie fans, today I made crunchy fried bananas with cheese and chocolate sprinkles as the topping.
The snack is good for your breaktime or hanging out with your friends. With a cup of black coffee, the crunchy fried bananas will give you a sensational taste of bitter coffee and sweet bananas.
Let's start with the ingredients.
You need 10 or 12 ripe bananas.
Coating
- 250 gr of wheat flour
- 1 sachet milk powder
- 1/2 tea spoons of baking powder
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Some water
How to make the coating?
- Put the wheat flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk powder, and around 200 ml of water in a basin. Mix them well with a manual mixer.
You may need to add the water if the mixture is too thick. You should remember that the mixture should stick well when you want to coat the bananas.
It is time to fry the bananas.
Slice each banana like a flower shape.
Coat each banana in the mixture with your hand and fry in medium-heated oil.
Fry until the bananas look light brownish and take them out.
Finish with the garnish.
Put one or two bananas on a small plate. Add grated cheese and chocolate sprinkles to the fried bananas.
You can enjoy the crunchy fried bananas with a cup of black coffee. The bananas are very sweet, so it is good to pair them with black coffee with a little sugar or without sugar.
Notes :
- Dough of coating shouldn't be too much water.
- You can add milk powder or not, because milk powder is used to add a taste of milk.
- The key ingredients that make it crunchy are baking powder and butter.

this snack indeed fav our people, but for me, long time make this one, I avoid too much oil :)
You’re not pro in cooking, but your family absolutely like your cooking results :)
That's true, this fried banana has too much oil. For one who is on diet program, consuming too much oil is not good. I like your banana recipe too for breakfast in your last post. That recipe is without oil.
