Dear all food lovers, today I made eggrolls filled with carrots and potatoes. In my country, it is called risol. There are many choices for the eggroll filling, but I chose sauteed carrots and potatoes.
Let's make the eggroll !

Ingredients
Dough
125 gram wheat flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
200 ml water

Filling

1 medium potato
4 small carrots
1 garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of shrimp paste
1 spoonfull of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Step 1

Make the dough to roll the sauteed carrots and potatoes.
Mix all the dough ingredients. Fry in a flat pan to make a flat dough. Keep the flat dough on a plate to make it cool.

This is the appearance of the flat dough.

Step 2

Saute the sliced carrots and potatoes. Add enough water to make the carrots and potatoes tender. Put all the seasonings or ingredients in the pan. Wait until the carrots and potatoes are well done.

Wait until the water evaporates and the potatoes and carrots dry up.
Put the well-sauteed carrots and potatoes on a plate.

These unfried eggrolls are edible. You can eat them if you do not like too much vegetable oil in your eggrolls.

Step 4

It is time to fry the eggrolls. Put the eggroll carefully in the frying pan. You need a little oil to fry the eggrolls.

Fry the eggrolls on a medium fire until they look brownish. Take out the eggrolls and dry them off from the oil.

Serving suggestion

You can eat the eggrolls as snacks, or you can eat them with white rice and vegetables.

Thanks, I always use fresh vegetables when cooking to my family. Nutrition is the first thing that I consider for my kids in my recipes.
