Push Up - A Hard Exercise
Watching the video of the push up kill challenge by @davidke20 I tried to take the challenge. When I was in school, I joined a karate club. I had a green belt. Doing push up was nothing to me at that time. I did the exercise almost every day.
After 20 years, I did not practice the karate movement and did not push-up anymore.
In the morning, I walked out with my daughter. I went to a grassy area where I could get sunlight and fresh air. I walked around to warm up. After that, I tried to push-up. I planned to push up 20 times without stopping.
And.... 😓 I was very exhausted. I felt short of breath. My heart beat faster. I did some relaxation until I felt normal.
This was the first push-up after a long time I did not push-up. I thought I needed more warming up.
My sport activities
I have not done any sports these days. My physical exercise is just walking and jogging. Sometimes, I do house chores like washing motorcycles, sweeping the garden and cutting some leaves near my house.
Next time, I will do more exercise. I feel that my body often feels uncomfortable because of a lack of physical movement.
After exercising in the morning, I felt refreshed in the afternoon. I was getting hungry... but I was afraid to eat too much. This was probably because I put a lot of energy into exercising.
Next time, I like to try my karate movements for the exercise. The karate movements also need a lo.t of energy.
Doing sports and doing outdoor activities will make my body healthier. I had forgotten about the physical exercises, so doing push-ups for the first time makes me tired.Thanks for reading my post. I hope you like it.
You need to do this often. Then you acquire the stamina like our brother @davidke20 😁

I think I need exercise too...eat too much food and snacks recently😅. The treadmill in my house miss me already.
LOL , we sometimes have high expectation when buying sport equipments. After one or two months the equipments become accessories.

Looking good bang. The real challenge is doing it 22 days straight with no rest day. Added with video proof, it's even harder 😂
22 days with no rest day? ...😓😓 I think I need to practice but skipping some days .. LOL
Look at you, inspiring other ASEAN Hivers with your fitness routines, the power of positive Dave-fluence is international. I think I fell a lot like @lebah, my body hasn't been moving much the last three years, and I can feel the difference in my overall energy levels.
@davike20 inspires me to do regular exercise. That is a positive thing that i have forgotten " doing exercise"
Don't worry for now. When one day you realize going to the loo, holding your little brother and find yourself couldn't see him, then you should worry. I'm in that situation now.
