The baby’s body language can tell the mother how the baby is feeling and what the baby need at a particular time.
I always try to find my baby cues of when he is hungry, tired or when he is discomfort.
If the mother don't try and understand her baby, she will be tired and frustrated when she don't know what to do.
Before I understand the cues myself, it takes a while. Have even started to think of how long I have to endure it since I know nothing about it.
But now it's no longer a problem to know what he want at times.
Like if he is crying and reject breast if I want to feed him, it means he is feeling discomfort and need a change of diaper.

If he is hungry he will be putting his hand inside his mouth and he will be crying.
Each time he needs to eat or need the change of the diaper is not new to me again.
This days, he doesn't sleep well Because of the heat, I use to bath him like two to three times in the night before he can sleep because the heat is unbearable even for me and we don't usually have light.
To understand him takes a while but once I understand him, I feel less frustrated.

Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day
