Half of your resume should be sent

You'll need to find a firm you want to work with. Write a fantastic cover letter that explains why you'd be a great fit and includes your CV. Don't put a resume in the mail and don't seal it. They'll assume the resume was misplaced in the mail. In dialogue, they will name and communicate with one other. Sell yourself without regret.

Create A Prospecting Letter

Make the most of direct mail's power. Choose five to ten companies. Write a letter to your contact list, asking whether they recognize anyone who works for any of the companies on your list. When a contact says they know someone from your advertisement, send them your CV and ask them to forward it to their contact, or ask permission to send it yourself.

Chain Letter over E-mail

Make a list of 20 companies you want to work for and send an email to everyone you know to see if they know anyone who works for those businesses. If they do, request that they contact you so that you can ask for a referral. Finally, request that they forward your e-mail to 10 more persons.
If you're currently working, though, don't do it!

Make A Booklet and Distribute It

Make a publication containing information relevant to your business and distribute it. Everyone enjoys visual material, and this indicates your ability. Digitally distribute the publication and market it to newsgroups where recruiting managers will view it.

Contact Human Resources.

Isn't that crazy? Simply notify the human resources department. Inquire about the outside organization or third-birthday recruiting corporation they use. They will inquire as to why you feel the need to recognize. Tell them that their company isn't currently looking for someone with your skillset and that you're looking for a recommendation.

They can also thoroughly question you during an interview. You now have a lead, even if it is no longer as a minimum. Furthermore, being endorsed provides you with special attention. Send a thank-you note to them.
