I think of many or all of the opportunities I have missed due lack of wanting to try or risk. I let myself get angry and then I direct that energy into doing.

You are not the only one experiencing the same issues,I also fear risks too but I am gradually working on it and ensure that I become a better person...@leprechaun
That fire might be productive but also consuming. Taking risks just allows you to try new things as you offer yourself the chance for improvement. Any risk assessment is good if done before you actually start implementing the change that you want.
