Rising Star is an NFT-based game created and developed on the most beautiful blockchain there is: Hive.
Rising Star is also one of my favorite blockchain-based games because it has a theme that I really like, music, and also because it's an easy game to play that requires little time and a few clicks per day.
Rising Star is also the ideal game for those who have never tried a blockchain-based game because it is a Free To Play game: it doesn't have an entry fee and doesn't require an initial investment and what's not of secondary importance is that the home of Rising Star is Hive which differently to other blockchains is fast and above all has no transaction costs.

Today April 8, 2022 is not just any day for Rising Star and its players because it is the second birthday of the most popular music game on Hive.

On today's day several initiatives have been planned that you can read about in this post: Tomorrow's Festivities To Celebrate Rising Star's SECOND BIRTHDAY!.

To mark the occasion, the Rising Star development team has activated a new special mission called: Have Your Cake And Eat It.

In order to complete the mission, you must meet the following game requirements:

• You must have at least 300 Fans.
• You must have reached or exceeded the level of the game 20.

The mission lasts 60 minutes and requires 80% of energy

Almost all of Rising Star's missions are free, and you receive a varying amount of STARBITS tokens upon completion.
The Have Your Cake And Eat It mission, on the other hand, is a paid mission that can be completed as many times as a player wants and has a cost of 30000 STARBITS tokens per mission.

The completion of each Have Your Cake And Eat It mission has a guaranteed prize: an NFT 2nd Birthday Cake.

The NFT 2nd Birthday Cake is an NFT that is part of Rising Star's BOOSTER category and has the following feature: it allows you to recharge your energy bar by 100% every 12 hours for a total of +200% energy per day.

It therefore has the same functionality as the useful Cold Pizza Slice card with the difference that it can be used twice in the same day while the Cold Pizza Slice can be used once every 24 hours.

According to the current value of STARBITS tokens, to get the 2nd Birthday Cake card you need to spend $8.9381 = 9.33 HIVE.

Those who read my posts know that I like to do calculations and the question I asked myself today is the following:
***Is it better to spend 30000 STARBITS tokens to have + 200% energy recharge per day or is it more convenient to buy two Cold Pizza Slice that guarantee the same energy recharge? ***

The answer as the calculation to be made is extremely simple and in fact according to the ratio % energy charge / cost it is more convenient to buy two Cold Pizza Slice cards instead of completing a mission Have Your Cake And Eat It to get a 2nd Birthday Cake card.

But today is Rising Star's birthday and I want to put aside calculations like profit and roi and I want to add the 2nd Birthday Cake card to my collection!

So I paid 30000 STARBITS and started the mission Have Your Cake And Eat It!

The 2nd Birthday Cake costs more than a Cold Pizza Slice but it is also a limited edition card so the number of cards in circulation will be much less than the number of Cold Pizza Slice cards.
After April 30, 2022 it will no longer be possible to obtain it by completing a mission but only by purchasing it from the market and who knows if in the future it might even be worth more than 30000 STARBITS.

Shopping at Rising Star Market

Today being Rising Star's second birthday I also want to improve my overall game stats by purchasing some cards from the marketplace that will allow me to:

• increase my number of Fans
• increase the Skill point reward of my favorite music class.

My current game stats are as follows:

• Total Fans: 3926 (3164 from cards)
• Total Luck: 1062
• Total Skill: 13292
• Total IM: 54
• Ego: 4%

My game level is level 110 and I am 558 EXP (Experience) points away from level 111.

I have unlocked all of the missions in the first two Game Zones Home Town and Local Gig Circuit.
With my game stats I can do the first three missions of the third Zone which is called County Tour.

The fourth mission in the County Tour Zone is the County Festival Auditions mission which has the following entry requirements:

• Number of Fans: 4000
• Level: 125

With my current level of play (110) and a total number of 3164 Fixed Fans I am unable to perform this mission.

To increase my game level from 110 to 125 it will take more than a month of time but today I want to go ahead and already reach a total number of permanent Fans equal to or greater than 4000.

To increase my number of Fans I have two options:

• buy packs of cards
• buy selected cards from the market

I prefer to buy cards from the market instead of counting on luck and for the choice of cards I use the useful site Rising Star Game Fam (https://rsgfam.com/) that you can access directly from the Missions section of Rising Star.

The site Rising Star Game Fam is really useful because it allows you to find in a few seconds the most convenient cards to buy to increase:

• the number of Fans
• the number of Skill points
• the number of Luck points according to the musical mission to which an instrument card is functional.

Rising Star Game Fam also allows you to filter your results by choosing from three different payment methods:

• STARBITS
• SWAP.HIVE
• SWAP.WAX

To bring my total number of Fans to 4000 units I need to buy cards whose sum of Fans attributes is equal to or greater than 836 (4000-3164).

After I selected Fans from the SHOP menu of Rising Star Game Fam I got the results you can see in the following image.

To achieve my goal I could purchase:

• 1 R140 Touring Coach
• 1 R138 GameBoy Ali
• 1 R125 Rentaw
• 1 R154 Sharman

Total Cost: 48000 STARBITS
Total Fans: 952
Total Number of Skills: 225

The problem with this purchase is the difference Fans Points - Skill Points that being positive (+727) will increase the EGO that is a negative element of the game to be kept under control.

A second purchase option would be to exclude the purchase of the R140 Touring Coach card that has 0 SKILL points and add other cards that have a number of SKILL points > 0.

If I purchase:

• 1 R138 GameBoy Ali
• 2 R125 Rentaw
• 3 R154 Sharman
• 1 R129 Drabs

The total cost will be slightly lower: 45500 STARBITS
I will get a total of 875 Fans (77 Fans less than the first purchase option)
I will get a total of 525 Skill with a difference Fans Points - Skill Points = 350.

In order not to increase my EGO percentage too much I decided to go for the second purchase option.

Goal achieved!

As you can see in the following image the number of my Fans has increased and now to be able to access the County Festival Auditions mission I only need to meet the game level requirement which is the only requirement highlighted in red.

After reaching a number of Fixed Fans over 4000 I decided to buy instrument cards to increase the Skill point reward of my favorite Music Lesson which is the Basic Singin Lesson.

Each time I complete a Basic Singing Lesson I get a number of Skill Points in the range of 47 - 93 as a reward.

If I buy microphone type instrument cards I can increase the minimum and maximum value of the Basic Singing Lesson reward.

Also in this case I used the Rising Star Game Fam site but this time in the SHOP menu I selected Lessons instead of Fans.

On the next screen I selected Singing from the menu.

In the following image you can see the list of cards of type microphone with the best STARBITS/LUCK ratio displayed by Rising Star Game Fam

Thanks to the advice of Rising Star Game Fam I have purchased:

• 3 i8 Mid Range Mic
• 3 R163 Vintage Mic RS1
• 1 R176 Vintage Mic RS3

I spent a total of 19290 STARBITS and got 230 LUCK points,

I spent 19290 STARBITS tokens but now completing the Basic Singing Lesson mission is much more convenient for me because the reward has increased.

Before my last purchases I could earn a minimum of 47 SKILL points and a maximum of 93 SKILL points from completing a Basic Singing Lesson mission.
After my last purchase the minimum reward (47->58) increased as well as the maximum reward (93->116).

Rising Star è un gioco basato su NFT creato e sviluppato sulla blockchain più bella che c'è: Hive.
Rising Star è anche uno dei miei giochi basati su blockchain preferiti perchè ha un tema che a me piace molto, la musica, e anche perchè è un gioco semplice da giocare e che richiede poco tempo e pochi click al giorno.
Rising Star è anche il gioco ideale per chi non ha mai provato un gioco basato su blockchain perchè è un gioco Free To Play: non ha un costo di iscrizione e non richiede un investimento iniziale e cosa di non secondaria importanza è che la casa di Rising Star è Hive che a differenza di altre blockchain è veloce e sopratutto non ha costi di transazione.

Oggi 8 aprile 2022 non è un giorno qualsiasi per Rising Star e per i suoi giocatori perchè è il secondo compleanno del gioco musicale più famoso su Hive.

Nella giornata di oggi sono state programmate diverse iniziative che puoi leggegere in questo post: Tomorrow's Festivities To Celebrate Rising Star's SECOND BIRTHDAY!

Per l'occasione il team di sviluppo di Rising Star ha attivato una nuova missione speciale che si chiama: Have Your Cake And Eat It

Per completare la missione è necessario soddisfare i seguenti reguisiti di gioco:

• devi avere un numero di almeno 300 Fans
• devi aver raggiunto o superato il livello di gioco 20

La missione ha una durata di 60 minuti e richiede un quantitativo di energia dell'80%

Quasi la totalità delle missioni di Rising Star è gratuita e dal loro completamento si riceve un quantitativo variabile di token STARBITS.
La missione Have Your Cake And Eat It è invece una missione a pagamento, può essere completata tutte le volte che un giocatore vuole e ha un costo di 30000 token STARBITS.

Il completamento di ogni missione Have Your Cake And Eat It ha un premio garantito: un NFT 2nd Birthday Cake

L'NFT 2nd Birthday Cake è un NFT che appartiene alla categoria BOOSTER di Rising Star è ha la seguente funzionalità: permette di ricaricare la barra dell'energia del 100% ogni 12 ore per un totale di +200% energia al giorno.

Ha quindi la stessa funzionalità dell'utile carta Cold Pizza Slice con la differenza che può essere utilizzata due volte nello stesso giorno mentre la Cold Pizza Slice può essere utilizzata una volta ogni 24 ore.

In base al valore attuale dei token STARBITS per ottenere la carta 2nd Birthday Cake è necessario spendere 8.9381$ = 9.33 HIVE

Chi legge i miei post sa che mi piace fare calcoli e la domanda che mi sono posto oggi è la seguente:
Conviene spendere 30000 token STARBITS per avere + 200% di ricarica di energia al gionro o è più conveniente comprare due Cold Pizza Slice che garantiscono la stessa ricarica di energia?

La risposta come il calcolo da effettuare è estremamente semplice e infatti in base al rapporto % ricarica energia/costo conviene più comprare due carte Cold Pizza Slice invece di completare una missione Have Your Cake And Eat It per ottenere una carta 2nd Birthday Cake.

Ma oggi è il compleanno di Rising Star e voglio mettere da parte calcoli come profitto e roi e voglio aggiungere alla mia collezione la carta 2nd Birthday Cake!

Quindi ho pagato 30000 STARBITS e ho iniziato la missione Have Your Cake And Eat It!

La 2nd Birthday Cake costa di più di una Cold Pizza Slice ma è anche una carta in edizione limitata e quindi il numero di carte in circolazione sarà molto inferiore al numero di carte Cold Pizza Slice.
Dopo il 30 aprile 2022 non sarà più possibile ottenerla dal completamento di una missione ma solo tramite l'acquisto dal mercato e chissà in futuro potrebbe anche valere di più di 30000 STARBITS.

Shopping al Mercato di Rising Star

Oggi che è il secondo compleanno di Rising Star voglio anche migliorare le mie statistiche complessive di gioco acquistando alcune carte dal mercato che mi permetteranno di:

• aumentare il mio numero di Fans
• aumentare la ricompensa in punti Skill della mia lezione di musica preferita.

Le mie statistiche di gioco attuali sono le seguenti:

• Total Fans: 3926 (3164 from cards)
• Total Luck: 1062
• Total Skill: 13292
• Total IM: 54
• Ego: 4%

Il mio livello di gioco è il livello 110 e mi mancano 558 punti EXP (Esperienza) per raggiungere il livello 111.

Ho sbloccato tutte le missioni delle prime due Zone di gioco Home Town e Local Gig Circuit.
Con le mie statistiche di gioco posso svolgere le prime tre missioni della terza Zona che si chiama County Tour.

La quarta missione della Zona County Tour è la missione County Festival Auditions che ha i seguenti requisiti di accesso:

• Numero Fans: 4000
• livello: 125

Con il mio attuale livello di gioco (110) e con un numero totale di 3164 Fans Fissi non sono in grado di svolgere questa missione.

Per aumentare il mio livello di gioco da 110 a 125 ci vorrà più di un mese di tempo ma oggi voglio portarmi avanti e raggiungere già oggi un numero totale di Fans fissi uguale o superiore a 4000.

Per aumentare il mio numero di Fans ho due opzioni:

• comprare dei pacchi di carte
• comprare carte selezionate dal mercato

Preferisco comprare carte dal mercato invece di affidarmi alla fortuna e per la scelta delle carte utilizzo l'utile sito Rising Star Game Fam (https://rsgfam.com/) a cui è possibile accedere direttamente dalla sezione Missions di Rising Star.

Il sito Rising Star Game Fam è davvero utile perchè permette di trovare in pochi secondi le carte più convenienti da acquistare per aumentare:

• il numero di Fans
• il numero dei punti Skill
• il numero dei punti Luck in base alla missione musicale a cui una carta strumento è funzionale.

Rising Star Game Fam permette anche di filtrare i risultati scegliendo tra tre diversi metodi di pagamento:

• STARBITS
• SWAP.HIVE
• SWAP.WAX

Per portare il mio numero totale di Fans a 4000 unità devo acquistare carte la cui somma degli attributi Fans sia uguale o superiore a 836 (4000-3164).

Dopo che ho selezionato Fans dal menu SHOP di Rising Star Game Fam ho ottenuto i risultati che puoi vedere nell'immagine seguente.

Per raggiungere il mio obiettivo potrei acquistare:

• 1 R140 Touring Coach
• 1 R138 GameBoy Ali
• 1 R125 Rentaw
• 1 R154 Sharman

Costo totale: 48000 STARBITS
Numero Totale Fans: 952
Numero Totale Skill: 225

Il problema di questo acquisto è però la differenza Punti Fans - Punti Skill che essendo positiva (+727) mi farà aumentare l'EGO che è un elemento negativo del gioco da tenere sotto controllo.

Una seconda opzione di acquisto potrebbe essere quella di escludere l'acquisto della carta R140 Touring Coach che ha 0 punti SKILL e aggiungere altre carte che hanno un numero di punti SKILL > 0.

Se acquisto:

• 1 R138 GameBoy Ali
• 2 R125 Rentaw
• 3 R154 Sharman
• 1 R129 Drabs

Il costo totale sarà leggermente più più basso: 45500 STARBITS
Otterrò un totale di 875 Fans (77 Fans in meno rispetto alla prima opzione di acquisto)
Otterrò un totale di 525 Skill con una differenza Punti Fans - Punti Skill = 350.

Per non far aumentare troppo la mia percentuale dell'EGO ho deciso di optare per la seconda opzione di acquisto.

Obiettivo raggiunto!

Come puoi vedere nell'immagine seguente il numero dei miei Fans è aumentato e adesso per poter accedere alla missione County Festival Auditions mi manca da soddisfare solo il requisito relativo al livello di gioco che è l'unico requisito evidenziato con il colore rosso.

Dopo aver raggiunto un numero di Fans Fissi superiore a 4000 unità ho deciso di acquistare carte strumento per aumentare il premio in punti Skill della mia Music Lesson preferita che è la Basic Singin Lesson

Ogni volta che completo una Basic Singing Lesson ottengo come premio un numero di Punti Skill compreso nel range di valori 47 - 93.

Se acquisto carte strumento di tipo microfono posso aumentare il valore minimo e il valore massimo della ricompensa della Basic Singing Lesson.

Anche in questo caso ho utilizzato il sito Rising Star Game Fam ma questa volta nel menu SHOP ho selezionato Lessons invece di Fans.

Nella schermata successiva ho selezionato Singing dal menu.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere l'elenco delle carte di tipo microfono con il miglior rapporto STARBITS/LUCK visualizzate da Rising Star Game Fam

Grazie ai consigli di Rising Star Game Fam ho acquistato:

• 3 i8 Mid Range Mic
• 3 R163 Vintage Mic RS1
• 1 R176 Vintage Mic RS3

Ho speso in totale 19290 STARBITS e ho ottenuto 230 punti LUCK,

Ho speso 19290 token STARBITS ma adesso completare la missione Basic Singing Lesson è molto più conveniente per me perchè la ricompensa è aumentata.

Prima del mio acquisto potevo guadagnare un minimo di 47 punti SKILL e un massimo di 93 puni SKILL dal completamento di una missione Basic Singing Lesson.
Dopo il mio ultimo acquisto è aumentata la ricompensa minima (47->58) come anche la ricompensa massima (93->116).
