Hiveupme is a great service and it is great when there is an opportunity to earn from the swap.
Cartel.swap has higher swap fees than Hiveupme for those with less than 30 CARTEL tokens but has lower fees for those with more than 60 cartels.
I who have 60+ cartels will use HiveUpMe when there is a chance to earn 0.075% from the swap and use Cartel.Swap in all other cases.
As for swapping tokens HBD Cartel Swap is the best Swap service even with the fees of 0.25%.
I do own a few CARTEL tokens but I just don't think the push to 100 tokens is worth it.
This is obviously a personal decision.
I see potential in the Cartel project and so I have a goal to reach 100 Cartel tokens, by the way I think no project at the beginning is worth the investment and Cartel is a young project, Cartel.Swap is just one of the features of the Cartel project and I think in the future there will be new benefits for those who have Cartel tokens.
My investment is prospective and only time will tell if I will have done right or wrong ;)

I wasn't thinking about the HBD exchange but you are right about the rate for that. In the end, it boils down to whether or not the push for 100 CARTEL is worth it and I don't think it's worth it right now to put my funds there.
