I get up and down alot. not much to do here. am not young. I tried to get my dog to walk with me future but she barely does. walk fast feels better to me that is for sure. those a good points.

I have a 1 year old golden retrieve that keeps me very active just trying to give him enough exercise. Does that count? Very good post
