The mission today is inspired by a message by @relf87 in the Liotes discord. The question was: What to do with LEN tokens?

After reading this message, I realized that it would actually be quite useful for us to have a feeling for the strategies of the community members...

What is your strategy for Liotes? What do you plan to do with your LEN/LENM tokens?

My strategy has been to swap half of my LEN to LENM every couple of weeks and then add them to the liquidity pool.

Thanks for helping me to pose the question hehe!
I haven't decided what to do with LEN tokens, even though I observed a lot of sell trades to liotes.voter on the exchange. Given that the amounts are relatively small, I think I will still hold on to the LEN tokens for now, until I come up with a plan. :)

I just like to HODL the LEN until I have micro emergencies. Lately, I haven't had many impulse microtransactions come up, but this also has to with the Hive Engine update and me neglecting HE lately. So I've just been waiting for my LEN to equal my LENM so I could add it to the liquidity pool. I think it's about time now!

Increasing your position in the pool can be a good solution to get a nice return.

First accumulate tokens up to a certain level. Second place them in the pool. Finally, I will try to include it in some of the projects that I have planned in the long term to make it useful and increase its value.

Collect some of the LEN tokens to get some for the diesel pool. Stay with having 1% of LENM staked before the end of the year. I think it's a good one for the long term when I don't know how to do with this HIVE for now

Liotes is definitely a long term project. Since it is backed with real hive in the liotes.fund, the project is actually much safer than 95% of other hive-engine projects.

I like to wait till my LEN stacks up a bit then swap them in for miners. It's a long-term play on getting more LEN over time and also helps my rank.

Tough question :)
So far, nothing special. I participate in this community, I read the blogs of the two founders who are very active in tokenomics (trying to learn from them, of course). I am slowly increasing the number of LENM tokens.
So, when new LEN tokens are generated, I put them in the diesel pool and swap them for LENM.
Well, every three weeks I donate 30 LEN tokens to the Shadow hunters community for awards.
For now. When/if a new opportunity arises I will consider it.

Accumulate and HODL. I started the year with 47 LEN and am aiming to end it with 1,000, but my present rate of accumulation is too slow. When I hit the 1,000 target I'll have another look at my options.

You can actually increase your accumulation rate simply by putting them into the diesel pool :-)

As I accumulate more LEN, I purchase some LENM and then add it to the pool. Keep up the great work. Take care.

to date,my strategy is very simple - buy, earn, hodl, invest in a pool of liquidity. further depends on price growth :)

I will probably keep my LENM tokens staked and just harvest those LEN rewards for a while. Sometimes I use the LEN to swap for LENM
Unstaking my mills and putting the, on the exchange would dump the whole market, there is no exit strategy for me since there is no demand for LENM at all.
Normally I swap my LEN for other assets to further increase my bags with other investments.
New strategy is possibly buying HBD and moving it to savings for that 20% APR.

At the moment there is little demand but also little sell action on LENM. I think it's a pretty good idea to sell LEN for swap.hive then swap it for swap.hbd and stake the HBD for 20% return! Thanks for sharing!

Hold onto LENM, sporadically sell LEN for Hive to trade for other things :D Though, I've been holding some in case the store starts taking it again.

What do you think about the diesel pool? Is it really better than the staked one? Because it's like staking LEN and LENM together... 🤔I'm still new to something like the "LP rewards" thing 😅

I guess Achim answered this question below (to my comment). Diesel pool is better. But things may change in the future, if many people move from staking LENM into the diesel pool.

I think that the diesel pool offers the best yield at the moment and comparing to other diesel pools, you get actually tokens that have been purchased and not just issued :-)

I'm very new to this, having recently discovered Liotes and bought a couple of miners (do they actually do anything?). So for the foreseeable short term future, I'll just let them build up from my HP delegation.

The miners will produce LEN tokens randomly. Let me explain:

This is a screenshot from your own hive-engine feed. There you see when you get payouts from the miners.

Every hour randomly 20 miners are choosen by the algorithm and they get each a 0.3 LEN payout. Every day there are 480 payments of 0.3 LEN each distributed among all the miners. The more miners you have, the more your chances to get payments.

I have no clue.
I was hyped when you guys started this initiative but got lost when I had to spend some time away from my activities. I don't even know what the liotes project is for sure anymore but still participate as much as possible. Being a part of CTP I try to support those who started projects of their own however I can.
Right now I guess my plan is to stack as much as I can.

I have just answered the same question on our Discord, so I will just copy/paste it here... ;)

LEN use case:

  • Buy RisingStar packs with LEN
  • Provide liquidity in the LEN-LENM diesel pool and earn around 40% in different tokens as rewards
  • Sell them on market (we are putting regular buy orders with our accounts)

We have a Liotes Shop where we were using LEN tokens as payments but had to stop because of a low amount of liquid tokens... We will re-activate it when we build LEN supply more... Now, it's possible to buy in the shop with HIVE

The project is backed up by HivePower from the LENM token sales... 100% is reinvested into the project...
