Bought My First Card in Rising Star Today!

Rising Star Was Another Thing That Got Forgotten
That happened for a couple of reasons.
I got frustrated because I am impatient in general.
Felt like I would never get out of the Illegal Busking Missions.
The second reason was that I was on that offline gig and didn't prioritize the gaming stuff.
This last Sunday afternoon when I made the choice to take the time to comment and use my tips, I found a post from @darmst5339.
Rising Star - Lvl 63 Achieved and Rare Maisy
In this post he talks about reaching Level 63 and receiving a reward card as a result.
That kind of kicked me in the butt and reignited my interest in playing and earning myself. I commented on the post after reading it and David was kind enough to share some tips and point me toward a card that was within my reach from what I have earned already.
Today I took the step and bought the card.
I was able to buy enough DEC to make the purchase just trading out some other tokens that were in my Hive Engine wallet. Nothing out of pocket.
Today I Have Been Playing Rising Star a Good Part of the Day!
My energy level keeps getting restored enough so I can keep going.
Right now I am down to 29% energy so I might be almost done with my Illegal Busking Missions for today.
I have reached Level 11 and I have 64 of 550 points.
174 Starbits Earned Total of 663 STARBITS as of now.
My next purchase will be a pizza box to store energy for later.
So, I guess my Rising Star journey is restarted.

@shohana1, I am finding out over the last couple of days that when I play on my phone, I seem to be able to play longer than on the computer. Might just be coincidence. I have to develop my patience muscle so this is good for me. Enjoy your weekend.😀

I think your pc may have lots of junk files that should remove and refresh device, it can help your pc run faster but if you are fine with mobile version of this game, that also much better.

That's interesting. I don't even listen to the radio but I do have my volume up on my phone to listen for the when my mission is completed. I find that any noise or whatever in the background is too distracting for me. The only time I did that is when I was surfing on the TEs or clicking on safelist emails. Otherwise I don't have anything on. I did listen to the CryptoManiacs podcast though. 😀 Enjoy your weekend.

I have been playing it for a while now, it is not a fast-paced game but I can have it run in the background while doing other tasks.
That is what I am doing right now. I have it on my phone and I just have the volume on so that I know when a mission is complete. That is one of the things I like. The passiveness of it. Is that even a word? I think I am going to buy a pizza box next to save up energy. Have a great weekend. 😀

Congrats on making your first purchase but I suggest you get 1 million starbits and level 50 for 10k starbits a day. You can open a pack a day or buy more cards depending on what you want. So it depends on your level and I think PIZZA is a good choice if you're barely starting.

Thank you, @burlarj! Yeah, I am halfway through Level 13 now. So, do you automatically get the millionaire card at Level 50? Is that a reward for reaching that Level? level 50 is just the first step out of three
2nd step is to have 1 million starbits in hive engine
and 3rd step is to apply for the millionaire card in their discord channel for free after you have the frst an second requirement, which are the two steps mentioned above

It starts out slow, but the good thing is you can always just use your earned starbits to increase your card collection.
