Stick to the Plan

Those violent swings brought us here in the first place.

BTC decided to ruin the party for everyone once again, but we have seen it all before. Nothing new here. Can't help but think $HIVE and a bunch of other altcoins would be racing now if it weren't for the general bloodbath currently going on, but things only look bad if we think in terms of USD value. Think technology, development, awareness, adoption; everything looks better than ever.

No short-term predictions here, anything is possible at this point if you ask me. In it for the long haul, so thankfully the situation of the market does not affect me at all.

Would be great to wake up to a sea of green tomorrow, but whatever, I will keep accumulating anyway.

I do have a feeling BTC will drop further below before the bounce, so I've decided to not use my stablecoin layers yet. I believe there will be better entry points soon enough, therefore I'm just watching patiently from the sidelines for the time being. Of course I could be wrong; nobody really knows what happens next, and the market tends to surprise us most of the time.

The last couple of days I've been spending long hours observing the charts with no intention of making a single move. Just watching order books changing all the time in a hectic market. Now is a good time to just sit back, take notes and learn. Especially from the mistakes of others.

If we hit $40k I will start buying up some sats by using 2% of my stable holdings and doubling up every time it goes $2k below. So at $38k it will be 4%, at $36k 8%, etc. This stops at 32% somewhere around the $32k mark. At least 36% of my stable holdings will remain intact for the foreseeable future in any case.

Those are trading profits so I will be a happy man regardless of the way BTC decides to move. Small wins here and there combined with patience. Plus I may catch a falling knife in the process.

Fingers crossed.

Ignore the noise.

Crypto Twitter is on fire with all sorts of memes and doomsday vibes. I will pass this time around. It's obvious to me that the people who overreact are the overexposed ones. It's much easier to hold during the red times if you invest only what you can afford to lose. If you are new to the trading business, better use less than 5% of your funds and try to gain experience and build some confidence. Never ever go all in.

Zooming out and having a look at the bigger picture helps a lot on a day like this. I know it sucks to see everything in red and watch your portfolio shrink in spectacular fashion, but this is just another day in crypto-land. Think of all the finance giants entering the fray every day and take a deep breath. This too shall pass.

I will keep it safe, refrain from gambling and chasing crapcoins with no purpose, and keep building my stakes. Consuming crypto-oriented content mainly on LeoFinance - as it is hands down the place to go to when it comes to content of this sort - and keeping an eye on all those USDT charts will be my main hustle over the course of the next couple of weeks.

Sleep is way overrated.

This is a marathon.

Crypto wealth is built during the red times, be it money or knowledge, and I am planning to take advantage of the situation by increasing the amount of content I produce and consume. Cubdefi and a number of other farms on BSC and Ethereum keep printing more coins for me every day regardless of what Bitcoin does, and the same goes for $HIVE and a bunch of layer-2 tokens on top of the Hive blockchain. Ain't nothing changed here.

Noise.Cash, Torum, Publish0x and a number of faucets and staking platforms will keep providing me with more crypto no matter the weather, so I will stick to the mission and keep filling my bags. If you take a look at all those amazing tools and apps currently in the works and about to be rolled out in the near future, the FUD instantly goes away. Only a matter of time till this growth is reflected on the price charts.

These are just my personal thoughts and plans for the future. What about yours? Do you think we are in for a long crypto-winter? Or are we going to see new ATHs for BTC this summer? Would be interesting to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

That sums it all up for now.

Never forget!

I don´t care about this dip / dump at all. My feeling is that we´re going to see a big blow off top in August / September, and after that ... it´s time for a crypto-winter. But not as long as the previous one. The cycles are lengthening until there isn´t really a cycle anymore.

Same here, still in accumulation mode so nothing changed as far as I'm concerned, apart from the fact that I may have the chance to grab some cheap sats that is. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
