Buonasera a tutti e ben ritrovati.

Fortunatamente anche questa settimana lavorativa, seppure lentamente, si sta avvicinando alla sua fine, ed anche in questo giovedì sera, nonostante la stanchezza non manchi, eccomi rispuntare, come di consueto, con questo mio nuovo post giornaliero, dedicato, in questo caso al PGM Power Up Week.

Anche se devo ammettere che la giornata è stata sicuramente molto più piacevole di altre, visto che, in realtà, ho lavorato solo questa mattina, e mi sono, al contrario, preso mezza giornata di permesso per sistemare delle cose, da quando mi sono preso l'influenza, prima di Natale, risulto essere continuamente senza forze, e, di conseguenza, mi stanco sempre molto più velocemente.

L'ambiente lavorativo che mi trovo ad affrontare quotidianamente, poi, certamente non aiuta, visto che, all'affaticamento fisico, aggiunge quello mentale, che forse si rivela essere ancora peggiore, visto lo stress che continuo ad accumulare all'interno di quel posto di lavoro che continuo a sopportare sempre meno visto che è oppressivo e depressivo.

Una delle motivazioni che oggi mi hanno portato a prendere un permesso di mezza giornata, infatti, era in qualche modo correlato a questa situazione, visto che mi sono recato da due miei amici, entrambi avvocati, per chiedere consiglio sulle mosse che posso intraprendere per andarmene definitivamente da quella azienda, uscendone nel migliore dei modi, evitando guai, ed anzi, al contrario, cercando di ottenerne anche qualche vantaggio.

La situazione è risultata essere abbastanza delicata, ma, comunque, ci possono essere dei margini di manovra che potrebbero rivelarsi, nel momento adatto, interessati, ma a certe condizioni, sui quali, nei prossimi giorni, cercherò di lavorare, procurandomi quanta più documentazione mi sarà possibile per dimostrare determinate mancanze, e determinate scorrettezze, che negli anni sono avvenute, non solo nei miei confronti, così da, come si suol dire, "pararmi il culo" se ve ne fosse necessità.

Ovviamente mi piacerebbe poter sperare di riuscire a trovare una soluzione che potesse evitare litigi, o discussioni, che possano portare ad andare a per vie legali, ma vista l'emerita testa di cazzo con la quale ho a che fare, sempre meglio cautelarsi attentamente.

Queste, però, sono solo divagazioni personali dalle quali fin troppo spesso mi faccio prendere la mano, e che a volte utilizzo anche come valvola di sfogo, ma che ben poco c'entrano con il reale argomento di questo post, e, di conseguenza, direi che è ora di andare a parlare del PGM Power Up Week.

Il contest in questione, anche se per qualche tempo non era più stato proposto, probabilmente per via di impegni di altro genere che hanno tenuto impegnato l'autore dello stesso, è organizzato da tempo da @zottone444, che è anche il creatore dello splendido progetto legato a PGM.

Nato come "TIP Token", con il tempo ha aggiunto sempre più funzionalità, e casi d'uso, fino ad essere stato definito come CAE, ovvero "Comment and earn", viato che consente, attraverso il suo utilizzo, di poter guadagnare commentando e, quindi, creando interazioni, e possibili rapporti digitali, diventando, senza dubbio alcuno, uno dei più interessanti nel mondo dei "Token di secondo livello" che la blockchain di Hive consente di creare.

Per chi non sapesse cosa si intende con TIP Token, come già detto in un mio precedente post, ecco la spiegazione più dettagliata :

Quando un token ha la funzione di TIP , vuol dire che quando si va a rispondere a un commento o ad un post qui su HIVE , una volta digitato il comando !PGM partirà una mancia ad un utente o a più utenti. Queste ricompense molto spesso partono da account che distribuiscono queste ricompense quindi voi non perderete nulla! Nel caso di PGM i token vengono distribuiti dal bot @pgm-curator .

Grazie a tutte le continue collaborazioni, in continua evoluzione, strette dal suo creatore, tra qualche uscita di scena, ma, soprattutto, molte nuove entrate, attualmente chiunque abbia la possibilità di utilizzare il comando !PGM invierà i seguenti token:

• BUDS 0.1 @hashkings
• LVL 0.1 @psyber-x
• STARBITS 1 @risingstargame
• PGM 0.1 @pgm-curator
• THG 0.5 @thgaming
• DEC 0.05 @splinterlands

Possedere, ed utilizzare, PGM, quindi, può essere, per chiunque li possieda e li metta in Stake, un'opportunità più che interessante che, a seconda della quantità posseduta, può diventare, via, via, sempre più interessante e profittevole, per tutti gli utilizzatori, soprattutto a partire dai 500 token, visto che, da lì in poi, non solo si inviano, ma si ricevono!

I vantaggi offerti, ed ottenibili, infatti, variano al variare delle quantità detenute, seguendo la seguente scaletta, che si rivela, ad ogni passo verso l'alto, sempre più interessante :

• 10 PGM in stake = 1 comando al giorno
• 100 PGM in stake = 3 comandi al giorno

Questi due livelli, che si possono definire, praticamente, di "entry level" si ha, rispettivamente, la possibilità di utilizzare da una a tre volte al giorno il comando, inviando, di conseguenza, alla persona alla quale avete risposto, l'elenco di token di cui sopra.

Già a partire dalle fasce successive, però, le cose iniziano a cambiare già di parecchio, poiché, in questo caso, non solo andranno ad aumentare le occasioni che avrete di utilizzare l'ordine di invio di cui sopra, ma, in contemporanea, riceverete, anche la stessa quantità di token che state inviando.

• 500 PGM in stake = 5 comandi al giorno
• 1000 PGM in stake = 10 comandi al giorno

In questo caso, oltre ad avere la possibilità di inviare un numero sempre crescente di comandi durante la giornata, si potrà, come dicevo prima, non solo premiare le persone alle quali risponderete, utilizzandoli, ma anche ricevere la stessa quantità di tutto quello che invierete.

• 2500 PGM in stake = 10 comandi al giorno
• 5000 PGM in stake = 15 comandi al giorno

La parte più interessante, però, arriva con le due fasce più alte, che presentano dei vantaggi, piuttosto interessanti, che rendono decisamente appetibile incrementare, in maniera piuttosto veloce, le quantità di PGM in proprio possesso.

A partire dalla fascia di 2500, infatti, non solo andranno ad aumentare le possibilità di utilizzare il comando fino a 10 volte al giorno, consentendo, quindi, di inviare, e ricevere, tutti i token di cui ho già parlato, ma ai precedenti si andrà ad aggiungere anche una quota di Bitcoin o swap.btc che dir si voglia.

• BTC 0,00000001 (swap.btc)

Nel caso in cui però si riesca ad arrivare alla soglia massima, almeno attualmente, dei 5000 PGM, direi che si arriva a fare addirittura bingo, visto che, non solo il totale complessivo dei comandi utilizzabili sale fino a 15, ma oltre a quello, tutti i token di cui sopra, incluso i Bitcoin, ci verranno rinviati in quantità doppia, andando ad incrementare, e di parecchio, i nostri risultati (per tutti i dettagli sul mondo di PGM, potete trovare tutte le info qui: PGM GUIDE).

Credo che a questo punto, quindi, abbiate compreso il mio entusiasmo verso questo progetto e verso tutto il lavoro che sta continuando a fare, con entusiasmo e dedizione, il suo creatore, ed anche perché sono, di conseguenza, subito corso a fare il mio nuovo Power Up, sperando ritorni ad essere un evento ricorrente, ed a scrivere queste mie poche righe.

Requisito fondamentale per poter partecipare al contest, era, ovviamente, e non poteva essere altrimenti, quello di effettuare un Power Up, mettendo in stake un quantitativo di almeno 50 PGM, ma, come potete vedere dalle immagini che ho postato, ho deciso di farlo un po' più consistente per approfittare, ulteriormente, di tutti i vantaggi che ne conseguono.

Per trovare tutte le informazioni necessarie su questa iniziativa nei dettagli, vi consiglio vivamente di recarvi direttamente sul post pubblicato qualche giorno fa da @zottone444, che potete trovare quì, ma fondamentalmente i requisiti per partecipare sono i seguenti:

A fronte, ovviamente, della partecipazione a questa simpatica iniziativa, ci saranno fino a 10 premi totali che saranno i seguenti:

1° 1000 PGM delegati + 5 HIVE
2° 750 PGM delegati + 4 HIVE
3° 500 PGM delegati + 3 HIVE
4°/10° 100 PGM delegati + 2 HIVE

Per farla breve, insomma, anche perché ho notato che mi sto dilungando anche forse unpo' troppo, un contest dove potete essere premiati, in un sacco di modi, solo per andare ad aumentare, ulteriormente, la vostra possibilità di guadagno derivante dal mettere in staking i vostri PGM, e, di conseguenza, un'opportunità che oserei dire a dir poco interessante.

Ricevere, infatti, delle ricompense per fare una cosa che, già di per sé, al di là di qualsiasi concorso, vi consente di andare ad ottenere certi ritorni semplicemente per andare ad interagire con i vostri contatti, qui su questa piattaforma, e condividere, con gli stessi, dei token, attraverso appositi comandi, direi che è già di per se una cosa fantastica.

Non ho mai nascosto, infatti, che reputo da tempo questo progetto, uno tra i migliori attualmente in circolazione, e spero di vero cuore che, anche grazie a questa nuova opportunità, possa essere sempre più conosciuto e sempre più utilizzato, ed ottenere, di conseguenza, un successo sempre migliore, che credo meriti pienamente.

Fortunately, even this working week, albeit slowly, is approaching its end, and even on this Thursday evening, despite the fact that I am tired, here I am, as usual, with this new daily post of mine, dedicated, in this case, to the PGM Power Up Weeks.

Although I have to admit that the day was certainly much more pleasant than others, given that, in reality, I only worked this morning, and on the contrary, I took half a day off to sort things out, since I took the flu, before Christmas, I turn out to be continuously without strength, and, consequently, I always get tired much faster.

The working environment that I find myself dealing with on a daily basis certainly doesn't help, given that, to the physical fatigue, it adds the mental one, which perhaps turns out to be even worse, given the stress that I continue to accumulate inside that place of work that I continue to endure less and less since it is oppressive and depressive.

In fact, one of the reasons that led me to take a half-day leave today was somehow related to this situation, given that I went to two of my friends, both lawyers, to ask for advice on the steps I can take to leave definitively from that company, getting out of it in the best possible way, avoiding trouble, and indeed, on the contrary, also trying to obtain some advantage from it.

The situation has turned out to be quite delicate, but, in any case, there may be some room for maneuver which could prove, at the right moment, interested, but under certain conditions, on which, in the next few days, I will try to work, obtaining as much documentation as I can it will be possible to demonstrate certain shortcomings, and certain improprieties, which have occurred over the years, not only towards me, so as to, as they say, "cover my ass" if necessary.

Obviously I'd like to be able to hope to be able to find a solution that could avoid quarrels, or discussions, which could lead to going to legal proceedings, but given the emeritus dickhead with whom I'm dealing, it's always better to protect yourself carefully.

These, however, are only personal digressions from which all too often I get carried away, and which I sometimes also use as an outlet, but which have very little to do with the real subject of this post, and, consequently, I'd say it's time to go talk PGM Power Up Week.

The contest in question, even if it hadn't been proposed for some time, probably due to other kinds of commitments that kept the author busy, has been organized for some time by @zottone444, who is also the creator of the splendid project related to PGM.

Born as a "TIP Token", over time it has added more and more features and use cases, until it has been defined as CAE, or "Comment and earn", a way that allows, through its use, to be able to earn by commenting and, therefore, creating interactions, and possible digital relationships, becoming, without a doubt, one of the most interesting in the world of "second level tokens" that the Hive blockchain allows to create.

For those who don't know what is meant by TIP Token, as already mentioned in my previous post, here is the more detailed explanation:

When a token has the function of TIP , it means that when you go to reply to a comment or a post here on HIVE , once you have typed the !PGM command, a tip will be sent to a user or to more users. These rewards very often start from accounts that distribute these rewards so you won't lose anything! In the case of PGM the tokens are distributed by the @pgm-curator bot.

Thanks to all the continuous, ever-evolving collaborations made by its creator, between some exits, but above all many new entries, currently anyone who has the ability to use the !PGM command will send the following tokens:

Owning and using PGMs, therefore, can be, for anyone who owns them and stakes them, a more than interesting opportunity which, depending on the quantity owned, can become, gradually, increasingly interesting and profitable, for all users, especially starting from 500 tokens, given that, from then on, they are not only sent, but received!

The advantages offered, and obtainable, in fact, vary according to the quantity held, following the following ladder, which becomes more and more interesting with each step upwards:

• 10 staked PGMs = 1 command per day
• 100 PGM staked = 3 commands per day

These two levels, which can practically be defined as "entry level", respectively give the possibility of using the command from one to three times a day, consequently sending the person to whom you answered the list of tokens above.

Already starting from the following bands, however, things begin to change quite a lot, since, in this case, not only will the opportunities you will have to use the above sending order increase, but, at the same time, you will receive , even the same amount of tokens you are sending.

• 500 PGM staked = 5 commands per day
• 1000 PGM staked = 10 commands per day

In this case, in addition to having the possibility of sending an ever-increasing number of commands during the day, it will be possible, as I said before, not only to reward the people you will reply to, using them, but also to receive the same amount of everything you send .

• 2500 PGM staked = 10 commands per day
• 5000 PGM staked = 15 commands per day

The most interesting part, however, comes with the two highest bands, which have rather interesting advantages, which make it very attractive to increase the quantities of PGMs in one's possession quite quickly.

Starting from the 2500 range, in fact, not only will the possibilities of using the command be used up to 10 times a day, thus allowing to send and receive all the tokens I have already mentioned, but to the previous it will also add a share of Bitcoin or swap.btc, if you prefer.

• BTC 0.00000001 (swap.btc)

However, in the event that it is possible to reach the maximum threshold, at least currently, of 5000 PGMs, I would say that one even manages to play bingo, given that, not only does the overall total of usable commands rise to 15, but beyond that, all the aforementioned tokens, including Bitcoins, will be sent back to us in double quantity, going to increase our results by a lot (for all the details on the world of PGM, you can find all the info here: [PGM GUIDE] (https://linktr.ee/pgmtoken)).

I believe that at this point, therefore, you understood my enthusiasm towards this project and towards all the work that its creator is continuing to do, with enthusiasm and dedication, and also why I immediately ran to do my new Power Up, hoping it will become a recurring event again, and to write these few lines of mine.

A fundamental requirement to be able to participate in the contest was, of course, and could not be otherwise, to carry out a Power Up, staking a quantity of at least 50 PGMs, but, as you can see from the images I posted, I decided to do it a little more substantial to take advantage, further, of all the advantages that follow.
