El skincare es algo sagrado para mi, cada mañana me realizo mi rutina al despertar para proteger mi piel de los radicales libres y mantenerla sana, igualmente en las noches limpio mi piel de cualquier suciedad o maquillaje, utilizo principios activos para nutrir mi piel y mejorarla mucho más. Normalmente cuando me hago mis rutinas de Skincare estoy sola, es lo común en la mañana, pero estas noches he estado haciendo mi rutina junto a mi mamá, que ha estado cuidándose un poco más su piel de acuerdo a sus necesidades, hoy seguimos una rutina muy similar asà que se las muestro brevemente.
Skincare is something sacred for me, every morning I do my routine when I wake up to protect my skin from free radicals and keep it healthy, also in the evenings I clean my skin from any dirt or makeup, I use active ingredients to nourish my skin and improve it much more. Normally when I do my Skincare routines I am alone, it is the usual in the morning, but these nights I have been doing my routine with my mom, who has been taking care of her skin a little more according to her needs, today we follow a very similar routine so I show you briefly.
1.- Tónico Hidratante: Después de limpiar nuestra piel con el Limpiador Facial de Dernier, el cual es un excelente limpiador para cualquier tipo de piel, toca el tónico para equilibrar el PH, Hidratar un poco la piel y tonificarla para los próximos ingredientes. Yo estoy utilizando el Tónico Hidratante de Mon Reve con Camomila y Extracto de Pepino.
2.- Exfoliante QuÃmico: Un paso que realizo semanalmente en mi rostro es el exfoliante, decidà decirle adiós al exfoliante fÃsico y pasarme en un 100% a la exfoliación quÃmica, el producto que utilizamos en esta ocasión fue de Good Molecules, el cual combina Acido Glicólico, con Acido Láctico y Acido SalicÃlico.
1.- Moisturizing Toner: After cleansing our skin with Dernier's Facial Cleanser, which is an excellent cleanser for any skin type, it's time for the toner to balance the PH, moisturize the skin a little and tone it for the next ingredients. I am using Mon Reve's Moisturizing Toner with Chamomile and Cucumber Extract.
2.- Chemical Exfoliator: A step that I do weekly on my face is exfoliating, I decided to say goodbye to physical exfoliation and go 100% to chemical exfoliation, the product we used this time was from Good Molecules, which combines Glycolic Acid, with Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid.
3.- Tratamiento - Acido Azelaico: Actualmente incluimos Acido Azelaico en nuestra rutina, mi mamá con el objetivo de disminuir sus manchas y yo lo estoy usando para salvar mi piel de un brote de acné que tuve hace algún tiempo, este es de la marca The Ordinary, nos ha gustado mucho pero aún es muy pronto para ver cambios.
4.- Serum de Acido Hialuronico: Un producto milagroso tiene que ser el Acido Hialuronico, definitivamente es un potente hidratante para nuestra piel, lo recomiendo muchÃsimo y la hidratación que se siente definitivamente es instantánea, además que lo podemos utilizar en nuestra rutina AM o PM.
3.- Treatment - Azelaic Acid: We are currently including Azelaic Acid in our routine, my mom with the objective of reducing her blemishes and I am using it to save my skin from an acne outbreak I had some time ago, this is from The Ordinary brand, we liked it a lot but it is still too early to see changes.
4.- Hyaluronic Acid Serum: A miracle product has to be Hyaluronic Acid, it is definitely a powerful moisturizer for our skin, I highly recommend it and the hydration you feel is definitely instantaneous, plus we can use it in our AM or PM routine.
- 5.- Crema Hidratante: Nunca puede faltar una Crema para hidratar la piel, como ultimo paso para sellar todos los productos que le colocamos a nuestra piel. Actualmente estoy utilizando la Crema S de Ponds la cual es un producto muy denso que tarda mucho en absorberse en mi piel, pero deja la piel muy suave, cumple su función y es muy necesario para mi ya que aplico muchos ácidos en mi piel, para no ver irritación necesito hidratar con mucha potencia. Por otro lado mi mamá ha comenzado a utilizar la Crema Nutritiva de Nivea, la cual se siente bastante hidratante, como si fuese un Gel pero en consistencia de Crema, recién la esta utilizando y no puedo decir nada muy concreto.
- 5.- Moisturizing Cream: You can never miss a cream to moisturize the skin, as the last step to seal all the products that we put on our skin. I am currently using Ponds S Cream which is a very dense product that takes a long time to be absorbed into my skin, but leaves the skin very soft, it fulfills its function and is very necessary for me since I apply many acids on my skin, to not see irritation I need to moisturize with a lot of power. On the other hand my mom has started to use the Nivea Nourishing Cream, which feels quite moisturizing, as if it were a Gel but in Cream consistency, she is just using it and I can't say anything very concrete.
De esta manera culmina nuestra rutina de Cuidado Facial, gracias a estos productos he visto muchos cambios en mi piel, ya que he estado reparando el daño que un producto en concreto realizo en mi piel, no ha sido fácil porque he tenido que documentarme demasiado con respecto a los principios activos pero lo he estado implementando de una forma sutil para no causar otra reacción en mi piel. Además, estoy muy consiente que estos cambios no van a ser de la noche a la mañana, tomara un tiempo lograr un excelente resultado pero por los momentos he visto algunos cambios bastante notorios. This way culminates our Facial Care routine, thanks to these products I have seen many changes in my skin, since I have been repairing the damage that a particular product did in my skin, it has not been easy because I have had to document myself too much regarding the active ingredients but I have been implementing it in a subtle way to not cause another reaction in my skin. Also, I am very conscious that these changes are not going to be overnight, it will take some time to achieve an excellent result but for the moment I have seen some very noticeable changes.
