Creo que tengo una adicción por los perros calientes jajajaiaja, también debo decir que en la zona donde vivo se va mucho el gas, entonces hay que buscar cosas que puedan cocinarse fácilmente cuando no disfrutamos de este servicio, cosas que suceden en memezuela en la vida cotidiana. Así que, siguiendo con la temporada de recetas que tengo activa actualmente, hoy les presento otra receta para hacer perros calientes en casa aprovechando los materiales que tenia en mi cocina.

Mis materiales fueron: panes, papas fritas, salchichas, una chuleta, salsa de tomate, puré de tomate, queso y mayonesa. Primero coloque a sancochar las salchichas en agua con un poco de sal. La chuleta la corte en trozos muy pequeños y también pique media cebolla junto con 3 dientes de ajo.

My materials were: buns, french fries, sausages, a pork chop, tomato sauce, tomato puree, cheese and mayonnaise. First I boiled the sausages in water with a little salt. Cut the cutlet into very small pieces and also chop half an onion together with 3 cloves of garlic.

Después raye el queso, saque las papas fritas de la bolsa, saque las salchichas del agua cuando estuvieron listas y abrí los panes por el medio. Luego fui a hacer una salsa con la chuleta, le coloque aceite y freí por un rato, para colocarle un poco de salsa y puré de tomate, sal, azúcar y orégano.

Una vez tuve todos los ingredientes listos coloque un poco de salsa de tomate en el pan, coloque la salchicha y encima la salsa de chuleta. Después agregue bastante papas fritas, mucha mayonesa junto con la salsa y finalice con el queso encima.
