I can't show you companies that explicitly say they pay in crypto, if that's what you mean. You can find remote work as a software developer through Turing.com for example. In my case I also worked on a few smaller projects in the Netherlands.
Basically because of limitations for international payments here in Suriname (and banks taking absurd cuts), I tend to try and negotiate that they pay me in crypto instead.
That's the way I do it: negotiation.
