So that's what that headache in the back of the head is called. I get those periodically. I don't think I've had migraines. Total red happens a couple of times a week. Thanks for the infographic!

I've recently realized that I get migraines every so often. Not fun, but manageable if you know what caused it. Too much office light is a big trigger, especially in the morning.

It's amazing what fluorescent lighting can do to people over many hours, and usually it's not good!
I'm not sure if this is the case for migraines, but one cause of hypertension headaches is dehydration. That could be another factor to consider.
We're no spring chickens, so we need to be careful to avoid those headaches as best as we can.

Jup, there are a few possible triggers and it differs from person to person.
Some can't use much sugar or drink coffee for example. For others it's alcohol.
It's manageable but not curable unfortunately.
