¡Muy buenos días abejitas! 💫 espero se encuentren bien. Hoy les comparto una preparación para los amantes del chocolate se trata de unas deliciosas galletas de chocolate con trozos de chocolate bitter, ideal para para merendar o ver pelis😋🎬
📝 Ingredientes:
● 🧈7 Cdas de Margarina
● 7 Cdas de azúcar
● 🥚1Huevo
● 1 y 1/2 Taza de harina de trigo
● 🍫2 Cdas de Cacao en polvo
● 🍫Chocolate en trozos
👩🏻🍳 Preparación🍪:
1.- En un bowl colocamos la margarina, azúcar, huevo y mezclamos.

📝 Ingredients:
● 🧈7 Tbsp Margarine.
● 7 Tbsp of sugar
● 🥚1Egg.
● 1 and 1/2 Cups of wheat flour.
● 🍫2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
● 🍫Chocolate Chunk.
🧑🏻🍳 Preparation🍪:
1.- In a bowl place the margarine, sugar, egg and mix.
2.- Agregamos la harina de trigo, seguido del cacao en polvo, unimos y luego mezclamos bien con las manos, la masa no se debe pegar de los dedos.
2.- Add the wheat flour, followed by the cocoa powder, unite and then mix well with your hands, the dough should not stick to your fingers.
3.- Cortamos el chocolate en trozos, agregamos una gran parte a la masa y unimos. Luego tomamos pequeñas porciones y formamos bolitas.
3.- Cut the chocolate into pieces, add a large portion to the dough and mix. Then we take small portions and form small balls.
4.- Colocamos las bolitas sobre la bandeja donde vamos a hornear y le ponemos por encima lo que quedo del chocolate en trozos, llevamos al horno por 15 minutos a 180°c y luego retiramos.
4.- Place the balls on the tray where we are going to bake and put the remaining chocolate pieces on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°c and then remove from the oven.
5.- Dejamos reposar y disfrutamos de esta deliciosas galletas con una gran dosis de chocolate.
