¡Feliz día amigos hiver! Espero se encuentren excelente. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia en la adquisición de útiles y uniforme escolar para el comienzo del nuevo año escolar de mi hijo de 3er grado en 🇻🇪.
Al principio se hablaba de que el año escolar sería semi presencial debido al covid, luego el gobierno decidió que debe ser presencial a partir del 25 de este mes. 🏢El colegio donde estudia mi hijo nos notificó por correo de la asistencia a clase en esa fecha y nos suministro la lista escolar. Por lo que muchos padres hemos tenido que salir de compras📚👖👕👞.
En mi caso tengo algunas cosas del uniforme y de útiles que mi hijo no utilizo el año pasado cuando estaba en segundo grado.
Happy hiver day friends! I hope you are feeling excellent. Today I want to share with you my experience in acquiring school supplies and uniform for the start of the new school year for my 3rd grade son in 🇻🇪.
At first there was talk that the school year would be semi face to face due to covid, then the government decided that it must be face to face starting the 25th of this month. 🏢The school where my son studies notified us by mail of class attendance on that date and provided us with the school list. So many parents have had to go shopping📚👖👕👞.
In my case I have some uniform and supplies things that my son didn't use last year when he was in second grade.
Aprovechando que me trasladé a Caracas para traer a mi mamá que se encontraba pasando unas semanas conmigo en Aragua, decidí salir con mi esposo y mi hijo al centro de Caracas para comprar parte de la lista , uniforme y zapatos escolares.
Primero fue algo extraño porque al estar en semana radical, los locales tenian las santamarías abajo y los vendedores afuera ofreciendo los productos de cada local.
Bueno entramos a una tienda que vende ropa de algodón, allí pude comprar un pantalón y una chemise blanca adicional para el uniforme, nos faltó el suéter porque no nos convencía la marca y calidad.
Taking advantage of the fact that I moved to Caracas to bring my mom who was spending a few weeks with me in Aragua, I decided to go out with my husband and my son to downtown Caracas to buy part of the list , uniform and school shoes.
At first it was a little strange because being in radical week, the stores had their windows down and the vendors outside offering the products of each store.
Well, we entered a store that sells cotton clothes, there I was able to buy a pair of pants and an additional white chemise for the uniform, we missed the sweater because we were not convinced by the brand and quality.
Seguimos caminando sin suerte de conseguir la prenda de ropa que nos faltaba, pero pudimos entramos en varias zapaterías en busca del calzado escolar.
La mayoría de zapaterías tenían poca variedad de modelos escolares y en cuanto a los precios no había mayor variación, lo que si me ocasionó tristeza es que muchas de ellas no cuentan con suficiente stock de tallas, casi todos los modelo era últimos, lo bueno es que en una de las tiendas conseguimos el modelo que le gustaba a mi hijo y su talla.
We continued walking with no luck to get the clothes we were missing, but we were able to enter several shoe stores in search of school shoes.
Most shoe stores had little variety of school models and prices did not vary much, what made me sad is that many of them do not have enough stock of sizes, almost all models were last, the good thing is that in one of the stores we got the model that my son liked and his size.
Luego del uniforme, fuimos a otras tiendas para comprar parte de la lista donde adquirimos cuadernos, blocs, pega, tijera, sacapuntas, colores, marcadores, lápices, entre otras cosas.
Afortunadamente logramos comprar varias cosas a pesar de lo costoso que están todos los artículos relacionados al colegio y también gracias a Hive pude costear algunas de ellas.

After the uniform, we went to other stores to buy part of the list where we bought notebooks, pads, glue, scissors, pencil sharpeners, colors, markers, pencils, among other things.
Fortunately we were able to buy several things in spite of how expensive all the school related items are and also thanks to Hive I was able to afford some of them.
