¡Feliz día abejitas! 💫Espero se encuentren muy bien y hayan disfrutado de un excelente fin de semana. Hoy les traigo una preparación sencilla, pero deliciosa se trata de unas croquetas de atún enlatado, súper sencilla de realizar, así que comencemos.

📝 Ingredientes:
● 2 Latas de atún al agua
● 1/2 Cebolla
● 1/2 Pimentón rojo
● 1Cda de margarina
● Harina de trigo
● 1Huevo
● 1/2 Taza de leche
● 2 Cdas de maicena
● Pan molido
●🧂Sal al gusto

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparación:

1.- Limpiamos y cortamos en cubos la cebolla y pimentón, para luego sofreír.

📝 Ingredients:
● 2 cans of canned tuna in water.
● 1/2 Onion
● 1/2 red bell pepper
● 1Tbsp margarine
● Wheat flour
● 1 Egg
● 1/2 cup milk
● 2 Tbsp cornstarch
● Bread crumbs
●🧂Salt to taste

🧑🏻‍🍳 Preparation:

1.- We clean and cut into cubes the onion and paprika, then sauté.

2.- Abrimos la latas de atún, le retiramos el agua, colocamos la pulpa en un bowl y reservamos.

2.- Open the tuna cans, remove the water, place the pulp in a bowl and set aside.

3.- En un sartén a fuego medio colocamos la margarina, seguido de la cebolla y pimentón, sofreímos unos minutos, luego agregamos la mitad de la leche.

3.- In a frying pan over medium heat place the margarine, followed by the onion and paprika, sauté for a few minutes, then add half of the milk.

4.- Agregamos la maicena al resto de la leche, mezclamos bien para que no tenga grumo y la integramos a la preparación anterior, dejamos cocinar por unos minutos hasta que espese, agregamos el atún, mezclamos, apagamos y dejamos reposar un rato.

4.- Add the cornstarch to the rest of the milk, mix well so there are no lumps and add it to the previous preparation, let it cook for a few minutes until it thickens, add the tuna, mix, turn it off and let it rest for a while.

5.- Tomamos porciones de la mezcla, hacemos bolitas alargadas, pasamos por harina de trigo, huevo y pan rallado. Llevamos a freír hasta dorar por ambos lados, retiramos y colocamos sobre papel absorbente.

5.- Take portions of the mixture, make elongated balls, roll them in wheat flour, egg and bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown on both sides, remove and place on absorbent paper.

Whoever is directly controlling the V2K told me to kill myself.
