QUEEN OF CROWS - This new death Rift card is so awesome!
What’s up my fellow splinterlands players!
I hope all of you are having a great day with your family and friends and playing the game in meantime to complete your daily focus matches, tournaments and brawl matches. Well, there’s only xx days left for this current season to end so we don’t have much time left to collect those season chests and also to reach our goal spot or tier before the time runs out.
After playing several days in Diamond II, I can tell that the strategies are changing with the new riftwatchers cards. Due to the sudden addition of so many new cards at once, I am facing trouble to guess well what my opponent’s strategy is. Especially in those biggie mana limit matches, I am seeing some of my opponents to even using multiple riftwatchers cards and competing them is getting more and more hard. So, to keep me secure in my league, I have started buying those important riftwatchers cards and decided to make max levels one by one. Well, I have bought 2 cards so far - the Legendary Coeurl Lurker and the rare Queen Of Crows. Both of these cards are well crafted respecting their mana count and are a big help in medium to large mana limit matches. Today as I was playing ranked matches, I scored an awesome win while using the Queen of Crows so decided to talk about it today.
QUEEN OF CROWS
So in todays post, I will be showcasing of the new edition Riftwatchers cards, the QUEEN OF CROWS. Queen is really a good card considering her set of abilities along with a healthy stat. It is a rare edition card that belongs to the Death splinter. It costs 9 mana to be used in battlefield and it’s attack type is melee. Let us now take a deeper look into it’s stat and abilities tier wise at below.
At level 2, this card possesses 2 ranged attack at 2 speed and 12 health along with the Close Range ability that it gets from the first round. Due to the Close Range, this monster can attack from the first position as well.
At level 4, this card gets 2 ranged attack at 2 speed and with 13 health and also gets a new ability - Headwinds which it gets from level 3. Because of the headwinds, all enemy archers will have -1 range attack.
At level 6, this card possesses 2 ranged attack at 3 speed and with 13 health and also gets another ability - Slow. Now all the enemy cards will get -1 speed because of this ability.
Diamond / Champion
At level 8, this card increases it’s range attack from 2 to 3 while having 3 speed and 13 health and also it gets another ability - Return Fire. It will now hit back Enemy ranged monsters when getting attacked with this ability.

On this round, at first my Ranged Monster destroyed the front enemy monster and After that, the enemy monster Jarx damaged my Queen monster. And at the round of 7 my monsters destroyed enemy monster before he could attack and thus I won the match.
It was indeed a fantastic match and Queen of Crows also performed very well this time. Not only she slowed the enemy cards, she also helps with her return fire to return damage range cards and with close range, she can even attack when she is at front! So, I am glad that I bought this useful card as the first Rift in my collection.
