What’s up my fellow splinterlands players!

I hope all of you are doing well in life and enjoying with your friends and family. Well, The time for us crypto people is not going well seeing the ongoing dip and the half collapsed market. I think this time the bear market will stay with us for a while and the good news will probably come next year mid or later. So, we all have plenty of time to earn and increase our holdings and also invest if possible into different coins and projects, especially Splinterlands.

For me, this season is going well till now and today, after battling for a while, I finally reached into my Goal tier, the Champ. And as usual, I am now getting approx 6-8 SPS per ranked match win which is way better than that in Diamond where I get only 2-3 SPS per win. No doubt my newly bought untamed and rift cards are all badass and my performance has also been increased by a large margin. While playing in Diamond I tier the last day, I collected total 12 focus chests which I have shared above and today also after reaching Champ, I played plenty of matches and again collected 13 focus chests today which I will be opening next morning. I am hoping better rewards inside those focus chests from now on as I am in Champ league now. Now, looking at the season chests, I have filled the bar with 34 reward chests so far and with almost 5 days more in hand, I think it wont be hard to collect 15-16 more before the season end.

I would say that the real credit for this progress goes to the my new monster that I bought recently and added into my playing collection. Since last season, in order to make my half cooked playing deck more and more powerful, I have been purchasing new Rift and old untamed cards like a maniac but the results are very visible. In today’s post, I am going to showcase one of my recently bought Rift card, the mighty ULOTH DHAMPIR in this post. It is currently my favourite rift card in earth splinter and I am using it often whenever I require a bug attacker with Triage and getting more wins with it in ranked battles.

ULOTH DHAMPIR

ULOTH DHAMPIR is a rare type Riftwatchers card that got launched into the battlefield recent with the launch of Rift edition. This is a ranged attack type monster that costs 9 mana to be used in battles and along with it’s overall strong stats, it also holds 2 abilities at max level - Triage and Stun. Let us now take a deeper look into it’s tier wise stats and abilities at below.

Bronze

At level 2, this monster possesses 3 ranged attack at 2 speed with 9 health and it also gets the Stun ability from it’s initial level. In big mana matches, having a strong attacker with stun may be very beneficial even in bronze tier matches.

Silver

This monster gets it’s overall stats even more increased at level 4 by having 4 ranged attack at 2 speed with 9 health and it also carries the Stun ability with it. The high range attack will surely help you to clear out those big defences faster.

Gold

When this monster reaches level 6, it gets an increased 3 speed with 4 range attack and 9 health and it also gets another ability - Triage from level 5. At this level, this monster certainly get more defensive and now can heal your backline injured monsters.

Diamond / Champ

At max level 8, this monster possesses an immense amount of 5 ranged attack at 3 speed with gigantic 10 health while having both of those 2 abilities which I mentioned above. This monster certainly makes your Earth collection more worthy in big mana limit matches.

Market Stat

As it’s a newly launched Rift card, this monster is currently being sold in the card market starting from 0.47$ per BCX which will cost you about 700 DEC. as for Gold foils, the price is starting from 4.68$ per BCX card which will cost around 7049 DEC.

Battle Lineup

image.png

UNICORN MUSTANG

I chose the Unicorn Mustang as my front defence card mainly because of it’s void + magic reflect ability combo. I am using a level 8 of this rare card and it has 5 melee attack at 4 speed and 13 health along with 3 abilities - void, magic reflect and Piercing.

image.png

GOBLIN PSYCHIC

At the second place I chose the healer and magic thrower the Goblin Psychic. I chose w max level here and it has 2 magic attack at 1 speed and 7 health along with 4 abilities - Tank Heal, Affliction, Silence and Dispel.

image.png

ULOTH DHAMPIR

I chose the main hero Uloth Dhampir at the third place of my lineup as a middle defence wall. I have already talked about its stat so let’s move on to the next one.

image.png

QUEEN MYCELIA

At the fourth place of my lineup I chose the queen of defence, the Queen Mycelia mainly because of it’s mighty set of abilities. I used a level 4 in here and it has 1 magic attack at 1 speed with 4 health along with Protect, Amplify, Triage and Rust ability.

image.png

KRON THE UNDYING

I chose the one man army Kron the Undying at the fifth position of my lineup. I used a level 4 of this legendary card which possesses 4 magic attack at 2 speed with 12 health along with 3 abilities - Heal, Divine Shield and Last Stand.

image.png

MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN

At the last position of my lineup I chose the mighty Mycelic Slipspawn mainly because it’s Taunt + Force Field massive combo. I am using a level 8 of this card here and it has 3 magic attack at 3 speed with 12 health along with 3 abilities - Taunt, Force field and Slow.

Battle Analyzer

Well, it was a mega match of 60 mana limit and it was a hard job to guess which one my opponent would chose from the 4 summoners available. But I went with magic powered defensive deck and as the battle got revealed, I found out that my opponent went with the Death splinter and chose Thaddius Brood as his summoner along with deadly melee and magic attackers.

image.png

As the battle starts, at first round the Uloth heals back the Slipspawan’s health by a but but missed it’s attack upon the enemy Dark Haon. At the last of round 1, 3 of my monsters were wounded with the Queen with only 1 health left but on the other side, only the Dark Haon was a little wounded while all the rest monsters in perfect shape.

image.png

As the second round begins, my Uloth again healed back the wounded Mycelic to 5 health and attacked the Dark Haon. Luckily this time it managed to hit the Dark and also applied Stun upon him. But sadly, my Queen killed the blood Haon but also got died with magic reflect damage received from the same dark haon.

image.png

At third round, my Uloth again healed back a portion a of health of the Mycelic Slipspawn and then attacked the enemy front defence Harklaw and successfully killed it down.

image.png

At round 4, my Slipspawn got dead sadly from one of those deadly enemy magic attacks. But when the Uloth’s turn came, it first healed back the wounded Kron and then attacked the enemy Muirat and also applied Stun upon him which got killed just after by my Kron.

image.png

As the fifth round begins, the enemy Sand worm wounded my Mustang very badly and followed by my Uloth who healed back itself this time and them attacked the Sand Worm but unlikely missed it’s attack. But them the Kron attacked and finally took down the sand worm. Next the enemy Spirit Hoarder got also dead by my Psychic’s magic attack and the only monster left on the enemy side was the Cabalist card which also got taken care of in the next round and this I finally won this long but exciting match!

image.png

If you have followed the entire match carefully, there’s multiple times where the Uloth attacked and also applied Stun into enemy cards to make them unable to attack the next turn which turned out beneficial to me. Not to mention that it constantly healed back the Slipspawn first and then Kron and itself until the end of the match and without these multiple heals, my monsters would have died way faster and also to lose the match. So, clearly Uloth Dhampir is a piece of art in the battlefield and especially in high mana limit matches while using earth monsters, this one may be a very good choice for your strategic lineup.

I have one Uloth only but without triage ability. I have a long way to get it to level 4 for Triage.
