This season it was a bloodbath after ranked matches got reopened

Hello My friends!

The Splinterlands season has just ended and this time it was a total chaos in the leaderboard war as after almost one day of disabling the ranked matches, team SL only opened it ir for some hours before the season end so whoever were online did their best to reach the leaderboard and enjoy those sweet decs. The SL team did give us a little more time added in this season as it was more than one day that we faced problem with submitting matches and many of us put it in good use. I feel sad for many players who wasnt online at this time to compete in the leaderboard as some of my SL friends that I know are from different timezones and don't play arounf this hours.

I had 2 quests left to finish before the season end and the first time i checked that SL is working fine is just 2 - 2.5 hours before the dead end. I somehow completed both of them quests. First one was to complete 5 wins with Life summoner and the second one was with sniper monsters. FOr Life summoner, Lorna Shine is my new best friends and I completed the Life splinter easily with help of it. Next it was a sniper quest and my zaku easily cleared out 5 matches. Below are the 2 quest rewards that I completed.

From the first quest, I got 2 Temple priest, 23 dec and some potions. As usual it was a decent reward for a quest and without focusing on what I got, I tried winning the second quest as soon as possible. After completing the second quest, when I opened the loot chests I just got amazed to see 2x 2000 dec rewards from it! Now that's what I call sweet quest rewards!

But I didn't know a big bad thing is already waiting for me. I somehow reached the top positions and grabbed 10k de at first with my acc but by then only a couple of minutes were left so i though not to play and risk my current position. But literally just some seconds ago some players crossed me with negligible trophy points and I got out of that 10k dec position. I didn't even know until after the new season clock started when I refreshed the page and found out that I got out. But, as a remedy to this incident, I performed really well with red-dog and reached top 5th position this season and collected 30k dec from leader board prizes! That's really big!

Below are my loot chests rewards of my own account mango-juice. This time as well I didn't get any fancy cards but I am still happy with what I got.
