Saludos a todos los de esta hermosa comunidad de Hive, esperando la estén pasando muy bien. Hoy me uno a la Iniciativa creada por la bella amiga creada por @veronicamartinc en el que nos invita a participar, en este caso se trata de compartir 3 Refranes, que nos decían nuestros abuelos cuando éramos niños(as).
Greetings to everyone in this beautiful Hive community, I hope you are having a great time. Today I join the Initiative created by the beautiful friend created by @veronicamartinc in which she invites us to participate, in this case it is about sharing 3 Sayings, that our grandparents told us when we were children.
En muchas ocasiones se nos viene a la cabeza esos refranes populares y que son parte importante de nuestra identidad nacional y que nuestros abuelos nos decían y que tenían o tienen una enseñanza extraordinaria y que no entendíamos por lo pequeños que éramos para ese momento, pero que quedaron en nuestra memoria para siempre como un legado y que vamos transmitiéndolos de generación en generación. Estos refranes a veces nos ponen a pensar que ellos, nuestros abuelos, son extraordinarios llenos de mucha sabiduría.
On many occasions we think of those popular sayings that are an important part of our national identity and that our grandparents used to tell us and that had or have an extraordinary teaching that we did not understand because of how small we were at the time, but that remained in our memory forever as a legacy and that we pass them down from generation to generation. These sayings sometimes make us think that they are extraordinary and full of wisdom.
Sin mas preámbulo voy a comenzar con esta especial e interesante iniciativa.
Without further ado, I will start with this special and interesting initiative.
¡Ahora si comienzo!|Now I'm starting!
1) "Chivo que se devuelve se esnuca"
Este refrán me lo decían mis abuelos maternos, mi madre y ahora yo lo repito tambien a mis hijos y demás personas.
Significa o nos da a entender en pocas palabras, que cuando se toma un decisión importante y luego nos arrepentimos en el ultimo momento, pueda que las cosas no nos salgan bien y fracasemos. Entonces es mejor seguir adelante y luchar por conseguir las metas y objetivos. Este refrán trata de la perseverancia.
1) "goat that returns snuffles"
This saying was told to me by my maternal grandparents, my mother and now I repeat it to my children and other people.
It means or gives us to understand in a few words, that when we make an important decision and then we regret it at the last moment, things may not work out and we may fail. Then it is better to go ahead and strive to achieve your goals and objectives. This saying is about perseverance.
2) "Aunque la Mona aunque se vista de seda, mona se queda"
Este refrán es muy particular, ya que significa para mi entender , que a veces hay personas que se visten con los mejores trajes para aparentar lo que no son o tiene, pero eso es solo por fuera ya que por dentro siguen siendo los mismos. Se trata este refrán de las apariencias. De aparentar lo que no son.
2) "Although the Mona dresses in silk, she stays a monkey ".
This saying is very particular, since it means to my understanding, that sometimes there are people who dress with the best suits to appear what they are not or have, but that is only on the outside because inside they are still the same. This saying is about appearances. To appear what they are not.
3) "Mas sabe el diablo por viejo que por diablo"
Este refrán hace referencia que las personas mayores tienen en muchas ocasiones mas experiencias y son mas sabias para dar un consejo que una persona joven que no ha vivido mucho o ha tenido experiencia. Las personas de edad utilizan mucho este refrán para reafirmar algo que se esta diciendo. Este refrán se trata de la experiencia.
3) "The devil knows better than the devil ".
This saying refers to the fact that older people often have more experience and are wiser to give advice than a young person who has not lived much or has had experience. Older people use this saying a lot to reaffirm something that is being said. This saying is about experience.

Hola @mariakekin hermoso tu contenido, me trae tantos recuerdos de estas personas sabias...
Con la edad, que es solo un número, también vienen las diferentes experiencias que nutren al individuo y qué mejor fuente que la de los abuelos y nosotros como venezolanos, culturalmente estamos muy enriquecidos de refranes que de alguna forma marcan no solo el momento sino el camino a recorrer...que bella iniciativa, muchísimas gracias por compartirla.
