Open cages, free birds, simple colors [SPA/ENG]

Un dibujo simple pero con mucho significado, jaulas abiertas, pájaros libres, colores simples, pero llenos de vida. Eso es lo que veo en esta página de mi libro de arteterapia para reflexionar. Nunca me han gustado los pájaros enjaulados, me parece algo muy cruel, y cuando comencé a colorear no repare en el hecho de que las jaulas estaban vacías hasta que me enfoque en colorearlas, y allí fue cuando me di cuenta de la importancia simbólica de que las jaulas estén vacías y los hermosos pájaros están libres volando en la hoja.

A veces somos prisioneros de nuestros propios pensamientos y opiniones, creemos que somos dueños de la verdad, y que otros se equivocan, pero pensando así no somos mas que pajaros enjaulados, abramos las puertas de la mente, aceptemos a los demás tal y como son, dejemos atrás las jaulas de oro y plata, nuestro punto de vista es valioso, pero aprender de los demás, aceptar la verdad simple como es nos da libertad y que es más valioso que ser libres?

A simple drawing but with a lot of meaning, open cages, free birds, simple colors, but full of life. That's what I see in this page of my art therapy book to reflect. I have never liked caged birds, it seems to me something very cruel, and when I started coloring I didn't notice the fact that the cages were empty until I focused on coloring them, and that's when I realized the symbolic importance of the cages being empty and the beautiful birds are free flying on the page.

Sometimes we are prisoners of our own thoughts and opinions, we believe that we are owners of the truth, and that others are wrong, but thinking like that we are nothing more than caged birds, let's open the doors of the mind, let's accept others as they are, let's leave behind the cages of gold and silver, our point of view is valuable, but learning from others, accepting the simple truth as it is gives us freedom and what is more valuable than being free?
