Llegó el virus de gripe a nuestro hogar 😩🏠, corrimos hoy al pediatra 👩⚕️👩⚕️ 🤧🤧.
¿ como esta mi hermosa comunidad de @motherhood ? un gran abrazo enorme del tamaño de un oso 🐻 para todos ustedes espero de todos corazón ❤ que se encuentren bien , acá en donde vivo ha estado haciendo bastante frío a pesar de ser un estado caluroso y ese frío ha desencadenado una gran gripe y por mas que nos hemos cuidado muchísimo en casa este virus de gripe nos atrapó a todos en casa 😫😫🤧🤧 y aunque los síntomas han sido leves porque solo tenemos tos es súper estresante tener a los pequeños con gripe porque se ponen irritante ya que se sienten mal 😔😩

Asi que no soy de esperar mucho y cuando veo los primeros síntomas en mis pequeños enseguida llamo a su pediatra, mi hija Nina estaba tosiendo muchísimo así que enseguida llame a su pediatra que es neumonologo para llevarla a la consulta y la revisará para que le mandara su tratamiento, así que así hicimos nos levantamos temprano el día de hoy y nos fuimos al pediatra a mi princesa le gusta ir al pediatra porque ella dice que quiere ser doctora así que cada vez que vamos al médico va captando cada cosa para ella luego jugar en casa a que es una doctora (risas) 🤣🤣👩⚕️👩⚕️

Mi princesa se portó muy bien si el doctor le decía abre la boca ella la abría , respira ella respiraba realmente quede muy sorprendida con lo tranquila que estaba, el doctor le envío varias medicinas antitusigenos para el tratamiento de la tos, un antialérgico para la congestión nasal ,los estornudos y el goteo nasal,también recomendo hacerle lavados nasales con solución salina en caso de tener mucha congestión y que ingeriera bastante líquido sobretodo entre las comidas y me recomendó aumentar las tomas de lactancia para el príncipe para así aportarle más nutrientes que combatan el resfriado. Gracias a Dios y a Hive pudimos comprar todas las medicinas para que mi princesa pudiera empezar su tratamiento y mejore pronto porque no nos gusta verla así.

Para la hora de los baños nos dijo que usaramos agua tibia y que después de salir de la gripe cambiaramos el cepillo dental de los pequeños y por supuesto seguir con las medidas de bioseguridad aún con más frecuencia de lo habitual así que no hay que compartir cubiertos, vasos, ni toallas y debemos de hacerlos sentir lo más cómodo posible para que puedan descansar y recuperarse lo más pronto posible por supuesto siguiendo su medicamentos al pie de la letra.

Con esta pandemia debemos de fomentar mucho más el lavado de las manos y enseñarles a nuestros pequeños a mantener este hábito para así evitar enfermarnos y al ver cualquier síntoma llamar al pediatra y llevar a nuestros pequeños rápidamente a que sean evaluados por un especialista así puedan mandar un tratamiento certero para los pequeños, ellos son el tesoro más valioso y hay que cuidarlos para evitar cualquier inconveniente en un futuro y puedan crecer sanos, fuertes y felices porque lo más hermoso de ser madre es ver una gran sonrisa en la cara de nuestros hijos esa es la satisfacción más grande de saber que lo estamos haciendo bien y que vamos por un buen camino.

Es bueno darle el doble o triple de cariño, amor , afecto y comunicarnos con nuestros pequeños para saber que necesitan y jugar con ellos porque esta es la manera con la que ellos aprenden y en esta situación en la que aún vivimos de pandemia es muy importante apoyar a los niños y estar pendiente de ellos para que se distraigan y el estrés no afecte su desarrollo porque aunque sin pequeños muchas veces escuchan las noticias o comentamos lo que está pasando a otras personas delante de los niños y hay que ser muy cuidadosos porque aunque no entienden ni comprendan todo lo que escucha perciben nuestras emociones y se asustan al sentir que algo no está bien y se asustan, es por esto que hay que hay que dedicarles tiempo para responder a sus dudas o inquietudes teniendo conversaciones sencillas pero honestas.
