Les deseo un domingo cargado de bendiciones, acá estoy hoy para mostrarles mi rico almuerzo dominguero compuesto de cachapa con queso, mantequilla y pollo guisado guao un banquete de reyes. La cachapa son hechas de maíz tierno, una de mis comidas favoritas
I wish you a Sunday full of blessings, here I am today to show you my delicious Sunday lunch made up of cachapa with cheese, butter and stewed chicken, wow, a feast for kings. Cachapa are made from tender corn, one of my favorite foods.
Aproximadamente 4 cachapas de buen tamaño
Para preparar estás deliciosas cachapas es muy fácil, usamos 18 mazorca,las cuales pelamos y licuamos con 1/2 taza de leche, si tienen molino o procesador de alimento es mejor, yo use mi licuadora
About 4 good-sized cachapas
To prepare these delicious cachapas it is very easy, we use 18 cobs, which we peel and blend with 1/2 cup of milk, if they have a mill or food processor it is better, I use my blender
Ya licuado procedemos a añadirles sal azúcar al gusto y mezclamos
Once liquefied, we proceed to add salt, sugar to taste and mix
Ponemos una plancha o sartén a fuego medio, cuando esté bien caliente, pasamos una servilleta con aceite y añadimos una taza o medida de la mezcla estiramos para nos quede delgada y uniforme
Put a griddle or frying pan over medium heat, when it is very hot, pass a napkin with oil and add a cup or measure of the mixture, stretch it to make it thin and uniform
Dejamos cocinar por un lado volteamos para cocinar el otro lado
Let cook on one side, flip to cook the other side.
Retiramos, yo acompañé con mantequilla, queso y pollo guisado servimos... Buen Provecho
