They were doing some parking lot work and had the entire are fenced off so from afar is all i got.

I am just the messenger....there is a placard there but the area was fenced off and i could not get a snap or i would have posted that as well. I am positive the story would be the abridged shot version of the story of the town....but the main points are likely posted. Thanks for the comment and up vote.
