Many people have an idea of what wealth is, but few understand how to obtain it. Many people think money is everything if they have any. They believe that you can’t be healthy or wealthy without having money. They also think that spending all your money makes you healthier and that collecting money makes you sicker. To understand your relationship with money, it’s important to understand how it makes you healthier and how to use them to your advantage.

Wealth is the state of having a lot of money. Many wealthy people are healthy since health impacts your quality of life. You can maintain a positive daily life if you have enough funds to pay for things like food, housing, and transportation. Health is a great starting point when making decisions related to wealth as it directly impacts your quality of life. Having funds allows you to get medical checkups and make timely treatment easier. Having health also allows you to live longer, which increases the amount of time you have for leisure activities like eating or sleeping well. Also, having health allows you to - avoid dangerous jobs, perform better at work, and sleep better at night due to stress relief.

Spending all your money makes sense when thinking about how it affects your health as well as what can happen when using it mindfully towards improving your quality of life. Many people use their cash towards buying junk they don’t need such as new shoes, clothing, or gadgets they don’t use often enough. This leads them to accumulate more stuff they don’t need or use regularly without realizing that this negatively impacts their overall well-being. Although this seems like a minor problem compared to not having enough money, both are serious issues that affect our daily life significantly. When not mindful about using our cash, this can make us feel anxious, depressed, or over-stressed as a result of not having enough for what we want or need most. If this doesn’t cause obvious problems like obesity, poor nutrition, and joblessness then it will at least make us less healthy and more anxious.
We can increase the amount of time during which we feel healthy by using our cash towards improving our quality of life through activities such as exercise or relaxation therapies.

Not only does having wealth make you healthier, but both health and wealth can be used towards improving our daily life by using either mindfully towards improving our quality of life or by spending freely on things we want or need most. Health and wealth are important factors when deciding how best to spend your resources as both impact the quality of your daily life significantly, both mindsets factor into how best to spend one's resources for maximum benefit towards enhancing one's mental stability and physical well-being.
