[Eng-Esp] Swimming Pool, Burgers and Grill Day
Holidays are incredible moments to spend with the family and to make these moments into family memories that will last a long time and that will put a smile on our face when we remember them.
Laughing, eating, going on a trip, going to a swimming pool, a barbecue or simply going for a walk changes our daily routine and if we do it with our loved ones, it makes it a memorable moment.
This weekend was one of those moments that will always be remembered, my family and I wanted to rent a space for everyone to enjoy, my parents, friends, partner and daughters went for a walk.
Los días festivos son momentos increíbles para pasarlos en familia y hacer de estos instantes, recuerdos familiares que se mantengan en el tiempo y que al recordarlos pinten una sonrisa en nuestro rostro.
Reír, comer, salir de viaje, ir a una piscina, una parrillada o simplemente salir a caminar cambia nuestra rutina diaria y si lo hacemos con nuestros seres queridos, la hace un momento memorable.
Este fin de semana fue uno de esos momentos que siempre se recordarán, mi familia y yo quisimos alquilar un espacio para el disfrute de todos, mis padres, amigos, pareja e hijas nos fuimos de paseo.
On the outskirts of my city is El Manzano, a town that is immersed in the Terepaima National Park, a mountainous area with incredible landscapes, there we went to enjoy a day of swimming pool, barbecue and hamburgers.
On Saturday we got up very early, put on comfortable clothes and went out to enjoy ourselves. On the way out we bought the food to make hamburgers and a succulent barbecue, accompanied by beer, soft drinks and sweets.
We took the road to Manzano and drove for about 20 minutes, a road with beautiful scenery in a mountainous area, when we arrived at our destination, my daughters ran to jump into the pool.
A las afueras de mi ciudad, queda el Manzano, una población que está inmersa en el Parque Nacional Terepaima, una zona montañosa y con paisajes increíbles, allí nos fuimos a disfrutar un día de piscina, parrilla y hamburguesas.
El día sábado nos levantamos bien temprano, nos pusimos ropa cómoda y nos fuimos a disfrutar, al salir compramos los alimentos para hacer hamburguesas y una suculenta parrilla, acompañado de cervezas, refrescos y golosinas.
Tomamos la vía al Manzano y recorrimos alrededor de 20 minutos, una vía con lindos paisajes en una zona montañosa, al llegar a nuestro sitio de destino, mis hijas salieron corriendo a lanzarse en la piscina.
All the children and teenagers were bathing while we adults divided the tasks while some of us set up the awnings to protect us from the sun, others lit the grills and organised the caves.
Once everything was ready and installed, we just waited for the charcoal to be stoked, in the meantime we listened to music, danced and the children bathed in the pool.
Once the coals were ready we got to the most awaited moment, the preparation of the hamburgers, we had all the meat, the ham, the cheese, the bacon, the potatoes and the sauces and our palate was ready to eat this delicacy.
Ya todos los niños y adolescentes se bañaban mientras nosotros los adultos nos dividimos las tareas mientras unos instalaban los toldos para protegernos del sol, otros encendíamos las parrillas y organizamos las cavas.
Ya todo listo e instalado, solo esperamos que el carbón se atizara, mientras tanto escuchábamos música, bailábamos y los niños se bañaban en la piscina.
Ya con los carbones listos llegamos al momento más esperado por todos, la preparación de las hamburguesas, teníamos toda la carne, el jamon, el queso, la tocineta, las papas y las salsas y el paladar listo, para comernos este manjar.
As the afternoon passed we refreshed ourselves with a few beers and soft drinks, swimming in the pool and others playing dominoes, until sunset when we got ready to make the main course, the barbecue, some good cuts of meat and sausages would be grilled to our delight.
Between opinions and suggestions we made the barbecue, some wanted it well cooked and others medium, we tried to please them all and thus eat this delicacy of the gods.
And so we spent the day with laughter, games, dances and barbecue, our weekend was a great event and the smile of my daughters my best gift.
Al pasar la tarde nos refrescamos con algunas cervezas y refrescos, bañándonos en la piscina y otros jugando domino, hasta llegar el ocaso cuando nos dispusimos hacer el plato fuerte, la parrilla, unos buenos cortes de carne y embutidos serían asados para nuestro deleite.
Entre opiniones y sugerencias hicimos el asado, algunos lo querían bien cocido y otros término medio, intentamos complacerlos a todos y así comer este manjar de los dioses.
Y así pasamos el día entre risas, juegos, bailes y parrilla, nuestro fin de semana fue un gran evento y la sonrisa de mis hijas mi mejor regalo.
