[Esp-Eng] Emprendimientos, Técnica y Constancia, Claves para el Exito
En varias oportunidades he escrito por mi afición de emprender y lograr, desde lo propio, no solo una independencia económica, sino, la satisfacción de lograr obtener, con mérito individual o en sociedad, un negocio sustentable y sostenible en el tiempo.
En estos temas y desde mi experiencia, es bueno recalcar que más que obtener la independencia económica, es mantenerla, he sido, desde vendedor de comida rápida, hasta productor agropecuario.
Y puedo decir que en cada emprendimiento puedes obtener eso tan buscado, que es satisfacer las necesidades, pero como en todo tema financiero, el gigantismo y el crecimiento repentino de un negocio tiende a decaer de la misma forma que crece.
Así que insisto el mantener en el tiempo la independencia a pesar de las caídas del mercado, la competencia e inclusive la inconstancia y el desánimo, es el factor determinante para liberarte.
On several occasions I have written about my love of entrepreneurship and achieving not only economic independence, but also the satisfaction of obtaining, with individual merit or in partnership, a sustainable and long-lasting business.
In these matters and from my experience, it is good to emphasize that more than obtaining economic independence, it is to maintain it, I have been, from fast food salesman, to agricultural producer.
And I can say that in every enterprise you can get that so sought after, which is to satisfy the needs, but as in any financial issue, the gigantism and sudden growth of a business tends to decay in the same way that it grows.
So I insist on maintaining independence over time despite market downturns, competition and even fickleness and discouragement, is the determining factor in freeing yourself.
El estudiar y obtener las herramientas necesarias para entender los estancamientos empresariales y aplicar estrategias es fundamental, así que no solo emprender es importante, también conocer el negocio, sus fluctuaciones y aristas es esencial.
Podrían decir, si lo que voy es vender es helados en mi casa, ¿Para qué conocer lógica financiera? Simple, debes tener el conocimiento de tus costos, que otro tipo de helados venden en la zona, cuál sería tu consumidor objetivo, entre otras cosas.
Todos estos análisis, aunque se vean innecesarios, harán de tu emprendimiento algo perdurable, si hacemos el ejercicio lo visualizaríamos mejor:
-Si no tenemos los costos así sean estimados y de las materias primas principales, no podemos medir nuestra ganancia.
Studying and obtaining the necessary tools to understand business stagnation and apply strategies is fundamental, so not only entrepreneurship is important, but also knowing the business, its fluctuations and edges is essential.
You might say, if I'm going to sell ice cream at home, why know financial logic? Simple, you must have knowledge of your costs, what other types of ice cream are sold in the area, what your target consumer would be, among other things.
All these analyses, although they may seem unnecessary, will make your enterprise something lasting, if we do the exercise we would visualise it better:
-If we do not have the costs, even if they are estimated and of the main raw materials, we cannot measure our profit.
-Si no sabemos cuántas heladerías quedan cerca y cuál es su precio de venta y calidad del producto, no tendremos la claridad de que tipo de helado vender.
- Si no sabemos nuestro consumidor objetivo, cuántos niños viven cerca o son únicamente personas de la tercera edad o simplemente no hay personas alrededor, no podríamos tener un estimado de ventas.
Así que ustedes dirán, porque hablar de tanto tecnicismo, si el tema es la independencia financiera, es que podríamos tener independencia en ciertos momentos de nuestra vida, pero si no aplicamos técnica a nuestros emprendimientos, estaremos de negocio en negocio y más que independencia obtendríamos frustración.
Para finalizar, creo que la clave de ser sustentables e independientes, es la constancia de la mano con el conocimiento, esto hará, de lo que hagamos algo sostenible y gratificante.
-If we don't know how many ice cream shops are nearby and what their selling price and product quality are, we won't have the clarity of what type of ice cream to sell.
- If we don't know our target consumer, how many children live nearby or are only senior citizens or there are simply no people around, we could not have an estimate of sales.
So you may say, why talk about so much technicality, if the issue is financial independence, we could have independence at certain times of our lives, but if we do not apply technique to our ventures, we will be from business to business and more than independence we will get frustration.
To conclude, I believe that the key to being sustainable and independent is perseverance, hand in hand with knowledge, which will make what we do something sustainable and rewarding.
