HAPPINESS COMES FROM WITHIN
It is a great privilege and opportunity for me to be in this great community and this would be my first post and I will be participating in this tag contest which is #happiness so I came to know about this community through @ijohnsen post and I commend the brain behind this contest @clixmoney

The important thing is to detect what makes you happy.it could be music, food, friends and family, or traveling and engaging in it.
Happiness comes with a lot of benefits
Which I believe it's through
What does happiness mean to me
Actually the word happiness is a big one and which the meaning goes wide so for me, I see happiness as been free from the innermost part of oneself as it happiness and will I relate it to joy it comes from the inner part of the mind. Happiness relate with emotions as there different swing of emotions of people which we have the positive and the negative one so happiness goes with the positive feelings and it comes with joy which means without joy which is something to trigger the happiness out for people to see. So for every person who is happy, there is always a joy in his or her heart.
Are you happy in your life
Actually one can say he or she is happy with his life or otherwise maybe depending on the situation that person is passing through currently because a situation which someone is going through can determine if that person will actually be happy or sad. So the question for me is if I am happy In my life and I will gladly say I am very happy with the life am living now. I remember some years back when everything seem so confused for me which I can't even decide whether things will go in or come back to normal. Those times when I find it so hard to get something to eat and I was feeling like giving up but still striving so those times I was really depressed and sad in my heart but thank God that everything is now going smooth and I can now eat what I feel like eating, anytime and anywhere also I feel am happy with my life currently because my family is doing well they are in good health which I will say that alone can bring in joy into someone's heart without having any other reason so also having one who will be with you and giving advice apart from one's mother will always bring peace of mind and happiness.
What should people do to be happy
For someone to be happy there are things which are meant to be done and I have said earlier ""happiness start from inside of the heart and no one can bring happiness except oneself"". So for one to be happy you have to be determined and first love yourself with that you will happy with yourself and also share love to other by making peace with everyone surely joy will come which will bring happiness.
