Hola mis amores muy buenos días, feliz y bendecido jueves, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de unos ricos Pepitos mixtos para que compartan en casita, es un proceso delicioso y sencillo, los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar son los siguientes:
Carne
Pollo
Pan campesino o canilla
Tomate
Lechuga
Cebolla
Jamón
Queso
Papás fritas ralladas
Lo primero que debemos hacer es sazonar la carne y el pollo, en esta oportunidad pues usamos carne molida porque era la que teníamos a la mano.

- Ponemos a calentar la cocina para cocinar nuestras carnes.

- Mientras tanto iremos lavando y picando al gusto nuestros vegetales.

- En una olla con colador, pondremos a calentar el pan y le colocamos un paño para que se conserve lo caliente y no se quede pegado en el hierro de nuestro colador.

- Una vez tengamos todo listo comenzamos a armar nuestros Pepitos:
1.- Abrimos nuestro pan y le colocamos las salsas al gusto.

2.- Añadimos una cama de lechuga y tomate.

3.- Agregamos las carnes bien picadas.
