I find exercise very helpful to my brain activity. It also helps me defend against mental exhaustion. I think it is because when we exercise everything in our body is running very fast and our brain is getting an excellent amount of oxygen. I am not a medical professional, this is just my personal observation.

That is true, little exercise will burn much calories too. It will prevent from getting more health problems. Exercise should not be tiring but should be regular and proportional.
