Do Not Let The Title Fool You

I am a huge ListNerds fan. I was an early upgrader, and appreciate the privileges that the Enterprise upgrade affords me. ListNerds is the first site I open in the morning I know it should be eBay, but hey this is a No B.S. Zone and even if I look bad I have to shoot straight. It is 4:53 am in my time zone. This morning I was up at 4 am. It is a magic time because everyone is sleeping, and I can work for about 3 or 4 hours with no interruptions.

This morning around 4:15 am I noticed something so odd about my ListNerds account. Can't put my finger on it but it is still BC (before coffee). Then it hits me like a kick in the gut, and I can't seem to move my eyes away from the icon being burned into my brain, just searing it, and then my heart quickens, and panic grabs and shakes me.

With an Enterprise Upgrade That Should Say "Now"

That is correct I lost my upgrade. A quick check to my credit card page and the funds for the Enterprise Membership was taken from my card Yesterday afternoon. In fact, the credit card company even paid me cashback on the purchase. Now that I know the membership has been paid for I am very confused as to why my paid membership has not been credited to my ListNerds account.

Normally if this happened with another company I would be in a panic thinking all kinds of horrible thoughts, letting my fears run rampant. I have the privilege of knowing the entire ListNerds team, so no fear, no panic, just calm.

Whatever the problem is I know 2 things. 1) The upgrade has been paid for. 2) The problem will be dealt with quickly. How do I get the problem dealt with? How do I go about letting the ListNerds team what is happening with my account?

I Quickly Made a Bee Line to Support

When things in ListNerds go wrong, the best thing is to take a quick breath and file a support ticket. Please be as detailed as possible, they need all of the facts to deal with the problem. They ask for 24 hours to answer the support ticket but honestly, I have never had an AffiliaTech support ticket go more than a few hours without being answered, so check your email for their response.

You might be wondering how to contact support.

Once you are in ListNerds in the bottom left-hand corner of the ListNerds window is your user name with your avatar image, click it. The second to last choice in the menu is Support, click it, then a pop-up window opens and you can fill out everything pertaining to your problem.

You might be thinking why go through the trouble of filing a support ticket when you can contact the Nerd Herders in Telegram or Discord? It is a matter of efficiency, and if you can be one thing it should be efficient. Sending them a message in Discord or Telegram is very unorganized, and not a good way to get the problem addressed.

This morning when I submitted my support ticket I made sure that my problem went directly to the person working support, and my ticket is assigned a number and placed in a queue. The system ensures that my issue will be addressed as soon as possible.

Imagine if I sent Eliana a message in telegram about my issue. She is not working ListNerds support today, Blain is working support. Now Eliana has to stop what she is doing and send my problem to Blain. None of this would be going on if I just started with ListNerds support.

Until My Issue is Corrected I Need To Do The Following:

  1. Do not open, read, click, or vote on any emails
  2. Do not send any emails
  3. Do not buy anything inside of ListNerds
  4. Claim all CTP & ListNerds tokens earned

The reason for steps 1 thru 3 is not sour grapes or any type of retaliation even though it might seem that way. With the Enterprise upgrade, I get 50 mail credits for every email read, plus I can send to 5,000 members twice daily without spending mail credits. Being Enterprise I also receive a 20% discount on all mail credit packages, yes even the Solo Mail 10K package.

Step 4 is something that should be done every day. Today is the first day in about a week that I did not receive a ListNerds payout for having a verified email. This might seem awful but I still received a nice ListNerds payout of 8.4 ListNerd Tokens. This is important.

Yesterday and every day since ListNerds launched I read, clicked, and voted on every email I received that had a valid link. Doing this plus having ListNerds tokens staked ensures that I will receive a nightly ListNerds payment. Keep in mind that 8.4 Listnerds is 16.8 Hive for basically reading and voting on some emails. For me, this is equivalent to the rewards of 4 Hive Blog Posts. Sometimes more sometimes less lol

That is awesome!! Have you filled the auto mailer yet? It is such an awesome tool included in your membership. Wouldn't you know just a few hours later and boom my ListNerds issue has been fixed.

This is an awesome update it has only been just a few hours later on a Sunday and boom my issue has been corrected and I can once again use ListNerds at full power. Things are bound to go wrong, but the 24x7 awesome rapid tech support of the AffilliaTech Team is next level. 😃

I felt it important to give people a feel for how responsive they are. In the past, I have shelled out some money for big-dollar programs just to discover their support is either lagging or totally unresponsive.

No, unless Blain tells you to stop do not stop what you are doing. @blainjones is a great guy that always makes time to answer questions. Do not stop asking him questions, that would be a crime.
This article is for someone that has a Critical Stop issue, in my case I could not perform because my upgrade was not processed. That needs a ticket. If you have a question like where do the ListNerds rewards come from? that would be a good question for Discord or Telegram.
I was just trying to stop all of the "I can't Log in" or "My email did not send" etc from cluttering up the Telegram and Discord feeds.
Please do not try to avoid @blainjones you are doing a terrific job, this article does not want to deter that sorry 🙂
