I spent another day in DCity.
Today's maluses are

Crisis = None
I started with
Income = 1013
Population = 7316
Popularity = 3088
Education = 56
Creativity = 249
My total passive income is 0.01 Hive.
Activities
Today I sold 1 Casino and bought 5 Hotels.
My population increased and I have more unemployed, I sold some 6 workers.
Now it's accettabile.
They're not too many: I'm losing 3 SIM per day but it's ok.
At the end of the day I have

Population = 7371
Popularity = 3113
Education = 56
Creativity = 249
My final passive income remains 0.01
