I spent another day in DCity.
Today's maluses are
Total tax = 75%
Crisis = Economy Crisis and Power Outage (for a total of 15% income less)
I started with
Income = 1209
Population = 5418
Popularity = 2574
Education = 39
Creativity = 221
My total passive income is 0.005 Hive.
Activities
Today I bought some Luxury Homes to increase income and population, because some of my buildings are still empty. I also got a homeless who has immediately been hired: my city is against poverty, today he's working, tomorrow he will be able to rent a house.

Popularity has decresed because of the homeless. He's working at school, like yesterday's immigrants that are citizens now. But it's ok, better a homeless becoming a citizen than a worst education.
