Djinn Leads The Team To Victory!

Every week, @splinterlands posts a challenge for players to post about their battle, using a specific card or splinter. This week’s challenge, is to use Djinn Apprentice.

Ruleset

Each monster has Knock Out as ability. Knock Out does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned. Also, each monster is afflicted with poison each round.

So, here was the team I put together:

Since, Djinn Apprentice is a Fire Monster, I began by choosing my EaFire summoner. I picked, Tarsa- a powerful Fire Summoner! Tarsa is at level 5 and adds an attack stat to each friendly melee magic monster!! Tarsa also adds a heath stat to each friendly monster! The health buff really helped with the poison attacks!

My Monster Lineup

In my tank position, I chose Cerberus! It benefits from both of Tarsa's buffs has great speed, attack, and health- but I really like its heal ability. Heal, restores part is its health, each round.

Djinn Apprentice followed. The only real reason I used this card is because of the challenge. It is slow and overall an impressive.

I then choose Creeping Ooze to slow down the enemy team. It only cost 1 mans and it nicely rounded out my low mana team! It was unable to attack, but it lead to an undeniable benefit!

I then chose, Scorch Fiend. Whenever I have space in my lineup, I always try to use this card. It's a no-brainer. It cost nothing, but it adds health to the team.

Furious Chicken, anchored the team. Text card served its purpose as a punching bag, and just like the other zero mana card, I thought it would take some attacks for the team!

My battle went 3 rounds, and the poison inflicted most of the damage. It turns out my zero mana cards played absolutely no purpose! I was very happy with the team I assembled, and was very pleased with my victory ✌🏽
