Hill Giant Fire The Win!

Every week, @splinterlands posts a challenge for players to post about their battle, using a specific card or splinter. This week’s challenge, is to use Hill Giant!

No magic monsters allowed, and each monster has the Knock Out as ability. Knock Out does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned.

So, here was the team I put together:

Since, Hill Giant is an Earth Monster, I began by choosing my Earth summoner. I picked, Lyanna Natura- a powerful Earth Summoner! Lyanna is at level 5 and adds an attack stat to each friendly magic monster!!

After the Magi of the Forest, Lyanna is the greatest summoner from Anumün. She has many powers in addition to summoning, including her ability to communicate clearly with animals. She is married to Aggrodius Lightbringer, and they live together in Draykh-Nahka with their two daughters, Kiara and Talia. Lyanna lives a busy and high-profile life, very different from her simple past on the Lyverian countryside.

As a bonus, Earth splinter was part of my daily focus. I was already feeling confident, but let’s get to my monster line-up!

In my tank position, I chose Nectar Queen! This card is my go-to tank, while using Earth! It has awesome stats, all around, and it's flying ability lets it dodge some enemy attacks!

Sand Worm followed. I just love it's massive attack! It's sneak ability allows it to attack from this position.

I then chose, Screeching Vulture! This card is quick and doesn't cost a lot, so I use it a lot in other battles too! Opportunity let's it attack from this position, and it's flying ability helps it evade attacks!

Hill Giant was picked to be in the forth position. I normally wouldn't pick him, but he is part of this weeks challenge. Picking him was probably not the smartest move, because he can't attack or anything From way back here. But hey, he added to the team's health!

Spirit Of The Forest came next! I love this card for Its speed and heath. The attack stats are just ok. It's flying ability helps it evade enemy attack!

Cornealus, anchored the team. This is the ultimate card, and I wish he could be my anchor in every battle. Its abilities of thorns in healing are incredibly helpful. The stats are great too, especially the heath of this legendary monster!!

My battle went 6 rounds, and I only lost two monsters! I was very happy with the team I assembled, and was very pleased with my victory ✌🏽
