Patience: We need to have patience if we want to be consistent. You can't get shredded or have that toned body or lose weight in just 3 days, it takes time. If you are patient with the process, you will be able to be consistent.
Belief: We need to have belief in the process. If we don't have to believe in the process, we would be having self-doubts and that destroys our level of consistency. We need to believe in our process or routine, in other to be consistent.
